.Bedrooms
・Room keys: Please leave your room key at the Front Desk (Main Building) after breakfast every day,
before leaving the House.
・Bath towels & face towels: Every 3 days, 3 sets of towels are provided per person at each bedroom.
Please put used-towels in the linen bag located near the entrance of the House.

Front Desk (Main Building)
・Front Desk is open from 7:00 am to 22:00.
・For an emergency case, please call extension 9504, available 24 hours.

Seminar Rooms
・There are refrigerators and electric water heater pots in the Seminar Rooms and near the pantry that you
can use.
・When you leave the Seminar Rooms, please switch off electricity and air conditioner.

Meals
・Meal hours: Breakfast 8:00am to 9:00am; Lunch 12:00 noon to 13:00; Dinner 18:00 to 19:00.
Please bring food ticket to the cafeteria, which is located on the 4th floor of Main Building.
*Please note, we may have to ask you to adjust your meal time due to congestion.
*Please make sure to confirm number of the food tickets. You may have to re-purchase if you lose the
food tickets.

Bathrooms and shower rooms
・For those who are staying at bedrooms without bath tub / showers, please use common-use bath or shower
rooms.
・Common bath is open from 17:00 to 23:00 (Showers only will be available from 7:00am to 13:00).
・Common shower room is open from 7:00am to 13:00, and 17:00 to 23:00.

Garbage
・In case of large amount of garbage, please categorize (cans/glass bottles, plastic bottles, others) in large
plastic bags and put them in garbage area in front of the Main building.

Other services
・There are internet services available for free of charge. However, please note that access is not fully
guaranteed depending on connecting conditions.
・Pajamas (charged), hair dryers, extension cords, electric kettle, alarm clock are available for rental.
・Ice cream, ice cubes, teeth brush/paste, pocket tissue, post cards, post stamps, paper cups, garbage plastic
bags, laundry detergent are sold in the Main building.
・PC, copy machine and fax machine are available for use at the lobby on the first floor.


・The House hosts many guests from different universities, high schools, corporations and other groups of
people for various seminars and trainings. As the space is shared by many people, your cooperation to
maintain quietness would be very much appreciated, especially at night. Thank you.

八王子セミナーハウスチェックインのご案内
◎宿泊室
鍵は、毎日、朝食後・出発前にフロントにお渡しください。
宿泊室にはバスタオル、フェイスタオルが泊数分（３泊分）セットされています。連泊される方は、
使用済みのタオルを玄関内のリネン用袋にお出しください。
◎フロント（本館）
フロントのご利用時間は 7:00～22:00 です。緊急時のご連絡は 24 時間つながりますので、内線 9504
にご連絡ください。
◎研修室
研修室内又は近くの給湯室に冷蔵庫と電気ポットがありますので、ご利用ください。
退出の際は、電気、空調のスイッチをお切りください。
◎食事
食事時間は、朝食 8:00～9:00、昼食 12:00～13:00、夕食 18:00～19:00 です。
各自、食券をお持ちになりお召し上がりください。食堂は本館 4 階です。
※混雑時は、時間の調整をさせていただく場合がございます。
※食券は、数を必ずご確認ください。紛失された場合は、再購入していただきますので大切に保管
くださるようお願いします。
◎浴室・シャワー
バス・シャワー付でない宿泊室にお泊りのお客様は共同浴室、シャワー室をご利用ください。
共同浴室の利用時間は 17:00～23:00 です。シャワーのみは 7:00～13:00 もご利用いただけます。
シャワー室の利用時間は 7:00～13:00、17:00～23:00 です。
◎ゴミ
大量のゴミが出た場合は分別し（びん・かん、ペットボトル、その他）
、袋にまとめてから本館前
ゴミ箱に捨ててください。
◎サービス
インターネット利用について、無料で利用できますが、接続については 100%を保証するものでは
ありません。
ネマキ（有料）
、ドライヤー、延長コード、電気ポット、目覚まし時計を貸し出しています。

に限りがございます）
アイスクリーム、氷、歯ブラシセット、ポケットティッシュ、切手、はがき、紙コップ、ゴミ袋、
洗濯洗剤を販売しています。
本館 1 階ロビーのパソコンをご利用いただけます。また、コピー、ＦＡＸをご利用いただけます。
◎お願い
当ハウスは大学、高校、企業など各種のグループの方々が研修のために滞在されています。
研修の成果があげられますように皆様のご協力をお願い致します。特に夜間の静粛にご配慮くださ
い。
