Reference is made to the CAA amollnccment nlllnber(IUL)201-A/1/2014/24.Application
dcadline has becn extcndcd until thc 25th November 2014.
All interested parties are requested to subnlit duly f11led CAA Follll 19Es along with
applicable fees together with a copy of ID/passport unti1 25th Nd′ embcr 2014,from 1400hrs
and 1600hrs on all working dayso Applications after thc deadlinc would not bc accepted.
The Module Exalllinations would be conducted, on behalf CAA, by SRT Technics of
Switzerland llnder their EASA Part-147 Approval CH.147.0009.
A fee of USD 150 would be charged
