Networked equipment can be flexibly installed in locations where it is difficult to find power supplies. These connectors are pin compatible with eight RJ-45 contacts for signals. They are compliant with the Cat.5e standard and, they can be combined with regular RJ-45 sealed plugs on the board side. The board can be surface mounted and are equipped with LEDs to confirm transmission status. Connectors for supplying power are available with two contacts, and can supply up to 50 VDC at 5 A.
