国際芸術祭「あいちトリエンナーレ」で展開された

フィクショナルなデザイン・プロジェクトである。
2013
道州制の導入を想定し、異なる設計コンセプトを持つ
2つのチーム(H,M) が中京都庁舎と東海州庁舎の設計を行う。
来場者がそれらを比較し、最後に投票を行う。
開票作業は毎日行われ、
設計者らはそれらの結果を見ながら、
さらに案を発展させる。
設計は展示会場にて完全公開で行われ、
チーフ以外のメンバーは 2 週間毎に入れ替わる。
8 週間で 4,000 票を超える票が集められた。

Assuming the introduction of a new regional system,

the Tokai State Capitol and Chukyo Metropolitan Government building
were designed by two teams that hold different design concepts (H, M).
Visitors compare them, and vote at the end.
The votes are counted every day. While observing the results,
designers develop their ideas further.
Design is carried out in full public at the exhibition hall,
and the designers are replaced every two weeks.
More than 4,000 votes were collected within the eight weeks.
