当社は、新設分割により新設するＨＪホールディングス合同会社（住所：東京都港区六本
木三丁目 16 番 26 号ハリファックスビル 3 階）に対して当事者の全事業に関する権利義務の
一部を承継させることにいたしました。
当社の社員の同意は、平成 26 年 2 月 26 日に得ております。
この会社分割に異議のある債権者は、
本公告掲載の翌日から１箇月以内にお申し出下さい。

Public Notice regarding Company Split of Incorporation-type
Hulu Japan LLC (the "Company") will be split to incorporate a new company, HJ
Holdings LLC (Address: Halifax Bldg. 3F, 16-26, Roppongi 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo Japan), and
have the new company assume a part of the businesses of the Company as a result of such
company split.
The consent of the sole member of the Company for such company split has been
obtained on February 26, 2014.
The Company hereby requests the creditors of the Company, which have any objection
to the company split, to notify the Company of such objection within one month from the
following day of the date of this public notice.
