WEEE & RoHS指令 WEEE & RoHS instruction
WEEE指令とRoHS指令は2003年2月にEU（欧州連合）の官報で同時に告示。
1. RoHS指令 EU（欧州連合）が2006年7月1日に施行した有害物質規制
The WEEE directive and RoHS directive were announced simultaneously
in the Oﬃce Journal of the European Union (EU) in February 2003.
WEEE指令は、EC条約第175条が選択されており、国情などに合わせてEU加盟各国で国内法が制
定でき、指令より厳しい基準も制定できる。
RoHS指令は、EC条約第95条が選択されており、特定有害物質や最大許容濃度（閾値）
などはすべて
の加盟国で同じとなる。
注）RoHS指令の国内法は、特定有害物質や最大許容濃度など加盟国間による差異はありませんが、WEEE指令
の国内法は加盟国の状況により差異が生じます。
The WEEE directive is subject to Article 175 of the EC Treaty, whereby individual member states
can, on the grounds of domestic conditions or other reasons, establish a domestic law which
applies stricter standards than the directive.
The RoHS directive is subject to Article 95 of the EC Treaty, which means that the designated
hazardous substances and maximum permitted concentrations (threshold values), etc., must be
the same in all member countries.
Note: in domestic legislation to incorporate the RoHS directive, there are no diﬀerences between the
member countries in the designated hazardous substances and maximum permitted concentrations, etc.,
but diﬀerences do arise between member countries in the domestic legislation incorporating the WEEE directive.

埋立てや焼却処分されるときに、
ヒトと環境に影響を与えないように、電気電子機器への特定有害物
質の含有を禁止するもの
The directive prohibits the use of the designated hazardous substances in electric and electronic
appliances so as to prevent eﬀects on humans and the environment when such appliances are
disposed of through landﬁll or incineration.

廃電子・電気機器を予防（削減）するため最終処分量を減らすことを目標に再使用・再生・リサイクルを
推進する要求
To reduce the volume of waste in the form of electronic and electric appliances, there is a need to
promote re-use and recycling with the aim of reducing the ﬁnal disposal volume.
3. 弊社製品のRoHS指令への適合について
Regarding the application of the RoHS directive to our products.
弊社製電線・ケーブルは、RoHS指令に適合し、含有禁止物質の一つに挙げられている鉛フリー（Lead
（※）
Free）の意を表す
“LF”
を表示しております。
※一部製品については”
LFV”
を付与。 ※”
LFV”is printed on some products.
Waste electric wires and cables from our company comply with the RoHS directive and are labeled
LF to indicate that they are free of lead, one of the substances whose use is prohibited.
☆ Electric wires and cables and harnesses are not included in the above product groups,
but since they are used in the manufacture of products, the directives must be applied.
