hereby undertake that I shall utilise my visit only for the purpose of which, India Visa has been applied,
and will not extend my stay for any other purpose on arrival in India. I also declare that I am physically
present in Japan on the Visa application date and that all the information provided by me in the India
Visa Application as well as on this declaration is true, accurate and complete.
I understand that my India Visa Application is being handled through Japan Overseas Corporation (JOC)
in Japan, service providers in the Japan appointed by Embassy of India, Tokyo and Consulate General
of India, Osaka-Kobe. I am aware that the grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy
of India, Tokyo and Consulate General of India, Osaka-Kobe and JOC is not responsible for the same
or for any delay in the receipt of the visa. The processing of the application including processing time is
subject to the procedures and timescales of the Indian Embassy and Consulate over which JOC has no
control; I hereby agree to the Japan Overseas Corporation (JAPAN) Terms and Conditions including
Disclaimer and JOC Data Protection Policy at the date of my application (viewed at
http://www.indianvisaatjapan.co.jp). I accept that application fees are non-refundable, except as covered
by JOC's refund policy, and are payable even if a visa is not granted. I accept that JOC limits its liability
for replacement of lost passports or other travel documents, to refund of my application fee, and
reimbursement of government fees in accordance with the JOC refund policy. I am responsible for the
accuracy of my application form, and I accept that if JOC checks my application form, it does not
guarantee that it will find any errors, and does not verify information I have provided. I accept that JOC
excludes all other liability in relation to my application and advice or information given to me, including
for breach of contract or negligence.

ここに、適用されたビザの目的の為だけにインドを訪れ、インド到着時に、他の目的の為に私の滞在
を延長したりいたしません。
また、私はビザ申請の時に提供する全ての情報が、真実、正確で、完全であることをこの証書にて宣
言致します。
私は、このインドビザ申請が、インド大使館東京から委託されたJapan Overseas Corporationにより
提供され、処理されている事を理解しており、ビザの付与、又は拒絶は、インド大使館東京とJOCは
同じもので、ビザの受領遅延に関しては一切の責任を負わない事を認識し理解しております。
私の申請に関して、インド大使館の申請にかかる処理時間は、JOCが管理しないことを理解しており、
JOCジャパンオーバーシコーポレーション(日本)の規約、機密情報保護方針に従い、全てを同意して
います。
私は、申請料金はJOCの返金規約で補填されるものを除き、仮にビザが発給されなくても返金されな
い事に同意致します。
私はJOC返金規約で、私の申請料金と政府の償還には、パスポート紛失、旅行書類の紛失賠償に限定
する事に同意致します。
私は、私の申請書をJOCへ提出した際、JOCが全ての項目で正しく不備がない事を確認し確認してい
るわけではない事に同意しております。
私は、JOCがアドバイス、契約、過失に対しての違反を含め情報に関連し全ての責任を除外している
事を受け入れます。
Important Note: Suppression of facts or furnishing misleading/false information will result in denial of
visa without assigning any reason. Visa fee once tendered is non-refundable and subject to change
without notice. After receipt of visa ensure the correctness of name spelling, passport number, visa type,
validity of visa and image on visa sticker. Visa is valid from date of issue. It is advisable to make travel
arrangements after obtaining appropriate visa.
重要なお知らせ：事実の抑制または誤解を招く/虚偽の情報を提供することは、その理由
がともかくビザ発給拒否になります。一旦申請されたビザ申請料金や、申請手数料は
予告なしに変更し、返金不可となる場合があります。
ビザを受取った後、直ぐにビザステッカーの氏名のスペル、パスポート番号、ビザの種類、ビザの有
効期間と写真の確認を必ずして下さい。
