・「審査完了日」とは、申請書を受理し、記載事項の修正や添付資料の追加提出等を含め、申請の一切が
完了した日を指します。「結果通知書等発送予定日（結果通知日）」とは、「経営規模等評価結果通知
書」及び「総合評定値通知書」の通知日（発送日）です（審査の実施状況等により変更する場合がありま
す）。
・公共工事を発注者から直接請け負おうとする場合は、経営事項審査の有効期間（審査基準日から１年７
か月）が途切れることがないように、「審査完了日」「結果通知日」に留意し、早めに経営事項審査の申
請を行ってください（事業年度終了後４か月以内に決算変更届を提出したらすみやかに経営事項審査の申
請手続きをしてください）。
