The University of Tokyo Dormitory Application
for International Students wishing to move in April 2015
If you are a current or prospective international student enrolled in the Graduate School of Frontier
Sciences, as of April 2015, and wish to live in the University of Tokyo dormitory from April 2015, please refer
to the following the Housing Office homepage for details and apply through the OSTA (Online System for
UTokyo Accommodations).
The application deadline is January 24, 2015 (JST 0:00).
If you are a current resident at the Kashiwa Lodge expecting to complete your residence period in March
2015 and wish to extend the residence period beyond April 2015, please apply again through the OSTA by
the January 24 (JST 0:00) deadline.
≪How to apply through OSTA≫
1.
Access OSTA from the Housing Office homepage
http://www.u-tokyo.ac.jp/en/administration/housing-office/
2.
On the top page, click OSTA and then choose International Students.
3.
Enter password.
4.
Using OSTA, make a provisional application>>application>>receive a notification of

NB:
〇 If you wish to apply for a couple or family room, please send a copy of documents
verifying the relationships to the Housing Office below at the same time as your application
by email, fax, or postal mail. We are unable to process your application without such a
document.
〇 If you have any special requirements for a room due to physical disabilities, please send
a copy of a medical certificate issued by your doctor or a public office to the Housing Office
below at the same time as your application by email, fax, or postal mail. We are unable to
meet your requirements without such a document.

東京大学留学生宿舎に 2015 年 4 月から入居を希望する新領域創成科学研究科の外国人留学生（2015 年 4
月入学予定者を含む）は、以下のハウジングオフィスホームページで詳細を確認の上、OSTA（東京大学宿
舎入居申請オンラインシステム）にて申請を行ってください。申請締切日は 2015 年 1 月 24 日（JST 0:00）
です。
2015 年 3 月に入居許可期間が終了する柏ロッジに入居中の留学生で、入居期間延長希望の方も、2015 年
1 月 24 日（JST 0:00）までにOSTAにて申請を行ってください。

せん。

身体上など特殊事情のある方は、必ず申請と同時に「医師の診断書」あるいは「障害者手帳」のコピ
ーを下記のハウジングオフィスまで郵送あるいは Email 添付で送ってください。証明書がない場合は要望
に応える事が出来ません。
