Abstract
Currently we are prototyping a 972MHz superconducting RF cryomodlue, of which object is to demonstrate the key
technology for ADS (accelerator driven system). KEK has been commissioned to fabricate some risky cavity parts for
industrial production, and to make surface preparation and evaluate the cavity performance. In this paper these results
are reported.
