$160/20’ export from all US East Coast and IPI to Asia
$200/40’ export from all US East Coast and IPI to Asia
Commodity: all reefer cargo
$200/20’ export from all USWC to Asia
$250/40’ export from all USWC to Asia
$240/20’ export from all USEC and IPI to Asia
$300/40’ export from all USEC and IPI to Asia
Asia: Japan, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines,
Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Macao, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and South Korea.
