Setting section
Setting method : Can edited with using membrane switch. Setting can be performed by external
devices as well via USB, RS-232C and RS-485 interface and so on.
Setting value memory : Parameter, calibration and part of other settings are stored on NOV.RAM
(non-volatile memory), and all other settings are stored on F.RAM (another
non-volatile memory).

Weighing process can be visualized
and configured in shorter time while
keeping the top-class accuracy.
Visualize the weighing process!
With the special software, system configuration can be
performed while monitoring the process in curve/waveform.
■Visualization of weighing process
Fluctuations of weight can be displayed and monitored in curves.
Since waveform and I/O status can be monitored at the same time, you can find out the cycle time and check weight
fluctuations when SP1, 2, CMP. signal turns ON/OFF.

Weighing set points are displayed (SP1, SP2…).
Indicated value (readings)
F820 is a weighing indicator designed for industrial weighing system.

F820 has high technical specifications, equipped with various functions like high-precision amplifier with ultra-low drift, high-speed sampling, weighing sequential control functions, control I/O
useful for automated weighing machines, and so on.

High-performance filters
to attenuate vibration
Store 100 sets (codes) of settings
Fast and accurate weight measurement can be achieved in
an environment with a lot of vibration. Digital low-pass filter
and moving average filter can be adjusted in fine increment.
High-speed sampling
& high-resolution display
It is equipped with an A/D converter with the sampling rate of
1200 times/sec. and a high-speed digital processor (sampling
speed can be changed to 300 times/sec. as well). Also, high
display resolution of 1/10000 is guaranteed in all input range.
Ultra-low drift
Up to 100 sets of parameter settings including, Final, CMP., Free Fall
Compensation and so on are stored on internal memory. By key control or
sending a signal from external devices, you can switch from one setting to
others.

You can select and zoom a section to check in zoom.
With the enlarged view, you can check if weight readings is stable
enough and if Set Points and the sampling rate are set properly.
Filter settings can be changed, and the effect of filters can be
simulated on PC to check if noise and vibration are effectively
attenuated.
Measurement sequence function
Sequential control is possible without PLC and other external devices. By
setting various parameters and using various timers, you can configure
sophisticated weighing system.

F820 has sequence control functions useful for direct control of feed or
discharge gate like auto feed adjustment in case the total weight is under the
target weight.
