前期が終わの、後期が1 0月1 5日(火)よのスタートしました。その後期
の始業式で次のような話を全校生徒にしました。
今日から、後期がスタートします。
ところで、みなさん、東昇(あずまのぼる)という名前を聞いたこ
とがあのませんか

この方は、京都大学の名営教授で、 1 ミリの百万分の 1、こんな小さな
世界を研究している先生です。日本ではじめて電子顕微鏡をつくった人です。
この先生がこんなことを言3ています。ハ」゜
猫は、生まれてすぐに人が育てても、猫に育つ。犬は、生まれてすぐに人
が育てても、犬に育つ。ところが、人間は人間の子に生まれたからといって、
人間に育っとは決まゞていない。」'
今の学者の定説では、約5000通のの可能性をもって生まれてくると
いわれています。
この言葉を聞いて思い出すのが、今から50年以上も前、インドの山奥で
オオカミの住んでいるほら穴から、 2人の人間の女の子が発見されたとい
う話です。
オオカミが、赤ん坊をさらっていって、穴の中で育てたんです。
小さな赤ん坊を育てて、ずいぶん長い間育てられました。推定では8つに
なっていたのですが、入間の世界に連れ戻されて、一生懸命人間に育てる

1 0月24日(木) 25日(金)、今年最後の大きな行事としての文化発
表会を開催しました。本番をむかえるまでは、喧嘩あの、練習中断あのと、ど
のクラスにもドラマがあったようです。特に、合唱は技能の習熟以上にチーム
としての協調性が求められます。
この文化発表会を終えて、私が感じたことは、
吹奏楽部の演奏、英語科の発表、保健体育科のダンス、 3年生の劇、生徒会
の劇、どれもとても素晴らしいものでした。また、展示発表も、とても素敵な
素晴らしいものでした。そして、美術部のステージのバックの壁画、素晴らし
く輝いていました。
そして、合唱コンクール、本当に素晴らしいものでした。いいものを見せて、
聴かせてもらいました。どの学年も素晴らしかったのですが、特に3年生の合
唱は1山に迫るものがあのました。思わず感動して目が潤んでしまいました。
合唱コンクールは、「歌う人、指揮をする人、伴奏する人」そして、阿恵く
人」の心がーつになったときに、みんなの心が通い合います。これが合唱コ、
クールの素晴らしいところです。私は、審査をさせていただきましたが、本当
に優劣つけがたく迷いました。そこで、自分たちなのに納得する結果がでた学
級のみなさん、おめどとぅございます。そうでなかった学級のみなさんも、必
ず、何らかの成果があったはずです。
そして、全ての学級のみなさん、本当にお疲れ様でした。また、当日お出で
いただきた保護者、地域のみなさん、そして卒業生のみなさん、本当にあのが
とぅございました。どぅか、これからもご支援、よろしくお願いいたします。
■生徒の感想を一部紹介いたします。
0ステージに上がった時はとても緊張したけど、練習の時以上に大きな声を
して歌えたのはとてもよかった。
03年生の合唱前の円陣を組んで気合いを入れている姿を見て、とても感動
しました。
03年生の合唱はどのクラスも迫力があって素晴らしかった。
0合唱はどの学年も、その学年なのに精一杯頑張っていてよかった。
0クラスがこれまで以上にーつにまとまった気がした。
03年生と生徒会の劇は、みんな一生懸命で1山に迫るものがあった。
0美術部のステージ上の壁画、とてもうまく出来ていたと思います。
0美術部や7組などの展示発表も、見応えがあるものぱかのでした。
大正中学校も文化発表会が終わの、「動」から「静」へ時期を

the composer' s images are and what he conveys in his music. I try to pass his vision onto the audience.

and low tones. But then it suddenly becomes very loud. This is because Haxdn 、vanted people to 、vake 〔甲.1
have heard this intel'esting episode. You can find out the anger of Haydn:' Listen to my music! Don' t sleep!
As you see from these examples, a composer combines his hope and feeling in hiS 加ne. S0 1、vould like to
enter into his idea 、vhen l play his music.1 think this talk isn' tjust of piano.1t is also pictures and books,
Iike Tv drama and anime. They aⅡ have something to convey. But 、¥hat is it? 1t' s impodant is that 、¥e find
the meaning and make use of it.
I have learned one more thing.1t is that " music is global".1 haYe chinese grandpal'ents.1 0ften make a video
CaⅡ to them although l can' t speak chinese 、veⅡ. At thattime l always play the piano and sing for them. The

して、 1 2月6日(金)よの 1 2日(木)に渡の行われます。この面談は、准

路決定に向けて大詰めの話し合いと恋のます。冬休みが終わると出願や手続き
が始まり大変だと思います。提出書類や日程の確認を確実に行い、全力で臨め
