Description of Business
ASAP manufactures and sells equipment for photoresist coating, exposing and image development used in
photolithography process for semiconductor manufacturing, as
well as lift-off equipment for metal films.
Uniqueness of Technology/Sales Points
In addition to silicone-semiconductors, our company also
supports composite semiconductors and micro machines.
We design customized equipment tailored to fit customers'
needs and offer high quality products at low prices in a timely
manner. The recent development includes a mask alignment
system (high-resolution proximity exposure system), which was
completed last year.
