Mr. Sieler joined Heylo UK Ltd., London, UK in 1974 as General Manager of the UK
subsidiary. Heylo Gmbh Klimatechnik, Röhm Gmbh, Röhm Far East Representative
Office, HT (Singapore) PTE Ltd., Hüls UK Ltd., Hüls Asia PTE Ltd. Since 1999, Mr.
Sieler served Degussa Stockhausen, Inc. as President & CEO and began serving his
present position in 2003.

Yoshikuni Kanai
Corporate Advisor, Mitsubishi Corporation
Mr. Kanai is a corporate advisor of Mitsubishi Corporation (MC). He graduated from
Keio University’s School of economics. He joined MC in 1968 and was a member of
the Board, Executive Vice President until June 2008. He played a major role in
developing various Energy related projects including Sakhalin LNG project, Oman
LNG project, etc.
金井義邦
三菱商事株式会社
顧問
慶應義塾大学経済学部卒業。1968 年三菱商事株式会社入社。燃料第一本部長、石油
事業本部長、米国三菱商事会社 EVP を経て、05 年に代表取締役就任、常務執行役員
中部ブロック統括（兼）中部支社長。08 年から現職。
Akihiko Noro
Governor of Mie Prefecture
Mr. Noro graduated from Keio University’s School of Science and Technology, and
has received his Master’s degree there as well. He served at the Japanese Diet’s
House of Representatives, and then later as the mayor of the City of Matsusaka. He
was elected as Governor of Mie in 2003 and is now serving his second term.
野呂昭彦
三重県知事
慶應義塾大学工学部卒業、同大学院修士。
衆議院議員、松阪市長を経て 2003 年から現職。
