Ready Wall è un pannello decorativo in agglomerato inorganico che riproduce una porzione di muro “pronto”. Composto da pietre o mattoni nelle diverse forme e colori, simula una struttura muraria a facciavista di
straordinario aspetto visivo come un vero muro portante. La creazione nasce, nell’ambito dei prodotti per
l’edilizia moderna, come elemento da rivestimento murale e costituisce una valida alternativa all’impiego
di pietre naturali con le relative problematiche tecniche ed economiche: difficoltà nel trasporto e movimentazione in cantiere, alto spessore dei rivestimenti, appesantimento delle strutture, nonché manodopera
costosa per la posa. I pannelli Ready Wall sono concepiti con forma modulare a “puzzle” per consentire
intime connessioni tra elementi. Ogni lato dal profilo dentellato o sinuoso, costituisce un incastro e fa si che
con l’accostamento degli elementi, si disperde la percezione visiva del singolo modulo.
Si consegue così un aspetto di rilevante unitarietà estetica. Ready Wall si può considerare una pietra ricostruita inorganica alleggerita, la densità di circa 1,2 Kg dm3 ottenuta grazie all’utilizzo di aggregati leggeri
alveolari, oltre a dare maneggevolezza al manufatto, conferisce ai rivestimenti caratteristiche di coibenza
termoacustica. I rivestimenti inoltre sono traspiranti e nel contempo idrorepellenti : ottima permeabilità al
vapore acqueo e non lasciano filtrare l’acqua dall’esterno.
Per questa importante caratteristica sono consigliati per isolare e risanare pareti molto umide e in deterioramento. Ulteriore peculiarità del prodotto è la sua durabilità nel tempo, sia strutturale dell’agglomerato
che cromatica: l’impiego di particolari leganti idraulici appositamente additivati lo rendono resistente agli
attacchi chimici di solfati e cloruri. Gli ossidi metallici usati in massa nell’impasto infine, completano il quadro degli attributi di qualità dei manufatti: i colori rimangono insensibili alle radiazioni solari e mantengono
l’integrità cromatica iniziale.

Ready Wall is a decorative panel in inorganic conglomeration that reproduces a portion of wall
“ready”. Composed of stones or bricks in different shapes and colors, it simulates a wall structure
exposed face of extraordinary visual appearance, as a true bearing wall. The creation is born, as
part of the products for modern building, as element of wall covering and it is a good alternative to
the use of natural stones with the connected technical and economic problems: difficulties in transportation and in movement in the construction site, high thickness coatings, heavier structures, as
well as expensive labor for installation.
Ready Wall panels are designed as a modular “puzzle” form to allow intimate connections between elements. Each side, by the serrated or sinuous, profile constitutes an interlocking and causes,
with the combination of the elements, the dispersion of the visual perception of the single module.
It obtains an aspect of significant aesthetic cohesiveness. Ready Wall can be considered an inorganic lightened recreated stone, the density of about 1,2 Kg / dm3 obtained through the use of
lightweight alveolar aggregates, as well as giving manageability to the artifact gives to the coatings
characteristics of acoustic insulation. The coatings also are breathable and water-repellent at the
same time: excellent water vapor permeability and they do not allow to filter the water from the
outside. because of this important feature they are recommended to isolate and restore very damp
and deteriorating walls.
Another unique feature of the product is its durability over time, both structural of the agglomeration
and chromatic: the use of special hydraulic binders with specific additives make it resistant to chemical attack of sulphates and chlorides. The metal oxides used in the dough mass, finally, complete
the picture of the quality attributes of the artifacts: the colors remain insensitive to solar radiations
and maintain the initial color integrity.

FOR INSTALLING
I pannelli Ready Wall sono leggeri ed il formato é stato concepito affinchè
possano essere agevolmente movimentati anche da un solo operatore.
L’attrezzatura necessaria per l’installazione è pressappoco quella utilizzata
per lavori di cartongesso.
Il taglio del prodotto si può effettuare con smerigliatrice angolare o seghetto alternativo con lama abrasiva, quest’ultimo per lavori all’interno produce meno polvere. Il fissaggio può essere a secco mediante viti e tasselli o
con collanti specifici da noi forniti. La foratura mediante tassellatore risulta
semplice e veloce, si consiglia sopratutto all’esterno l’utilizzo di viti inossidabili (acciaio inox o alluminio), per tale evenienza forniamo anche nella
gamma dei nostri prodotti ausiliari, viti e tasselli che secondo la nostra esperienza riteniamo più funzionali. La stuccatura dei giunti (incastri tra moduli) e
delle viti di fissaggio si compie con il nostro stucco monocomponente pronto all’uso applicato con pistola per sigillanti ricaricabile o con saccapoche
monouso per pasticceria.
I pannelli Ready Wall sono applicabili su qualsiasi superfice o materiale : cemento armato, laterizi, tramezzature in gesso, legno composito, metallo e
pannelli in cartongesso. Su specifica richiesta inoltre, possiamo produrre
pannelli curvi personalizzati per rivestimenti a parete particolari o controsoffitti per volte a botte e a crociera.
Ready Wall panels are lightweight and the format has been designed so
that they can be easily handled by a single operator. The equipment needed for the installation is roughly that used for plasterboard works.
The cut of the product can be made with an angle grinder or an alternative
hacksaw with abrasive blade, the latter to work within produces less dust.
The attachment can be mechanical by means of screws and dowels or with
specific adhesives supplied by us. Drilling through tessellations is simple and
fast, especially outside it is recommended the use of stainless steel screws,
for such cases we also provide our range of ancillary products, screws and
plugs that according to our experience are considered more functional.
The grouting of the joints and of the fixing screws is accomplished with our
ready to use single component stucco applied with rechargeable mastic
gun or with pastry disposable saccapoche.
Ready Wall panels are applicable on any surface or material: reinforced
concrete, bricks, plaster partitions, composite wood, metal and plasterboard panels. On special request, we can also produce custom curved panels
for special wall coverings or false ceilings for barrel vaults and groin vaults.

manufactured article reproducing a portion of ancient wall made of stone or facing brick.
The perimeter interlocking shape, all the sides of the panel have a sinuous or a notched profile, allows a functional and homogeneous connection between the elements enabling the coating a visual unity with the dispersion of the individual modules.

Ready Wall nasce da una collaborazione tra la Eg 07 s.r.l , impresa impegnata da molti anni nel campo delle costruzioni, e Gerardo Leone, designer di decorazione e docente di laboratorio di architettura presso Liceo
Artistico P. Mercuri, Marino-Roma. Da questo sodalizio sono nate idee di
nuove tecnologie per l’edilizia e conseguiti brevetti per invenzioni industriali. Le sperimentazioni incessanti nei laboratori dell’azienda, e il desiderio di
una evoluzione dei prodotti a passo con i tempi, stanno imponendo la presentazione di nuove domande di brevetti con l’intento di garantire protezione legale e salvaguardia del Made in Italy (oggi più che mai patrimonio
nazionale leso da una contraffazione sempre più dilagante).
Ready Wall is a collaboration between the 07 EG Ltd., a company engaged for many years in the construction field, and Gerardo Leone, designer
decor and professor of laboratory of architecture at the Art School P. Mercuri in Marino (Rome). From this partnership are born ideas of new technologies for the building and are obtained patents for industrial inventions. The
incessant experiments in the laboratories of the company and the desire
of a product evolution in step with the times are requiring the submission
of new patent applications with the intent to ensure legal protection and
preservation of the Made in Italy (now more than ever national heritage
damaged by an increasingly rampant counterfeiting).

Costituiscono laminati di breve spessore dai grandi formati,
sono realizzati con resine poliestere e fibra di vetro. Spesso presentano imbarcamenti da ritiro plastico e risultano difficili da
installare. Notevole è l‘effetto “tamburo”che si avverte percuotendo il rivestimento. Nel fissaggio le viti sprofondano nel vuoto
tra pannello e muro non garantendo tenuta, infine sono infiammabili e non traspiranti.

PLASTIC
They constitute short thick laminates in large sizes, they are made
with polyester resins and glass fiber. They often have warpings like
plastic shrinkage and are difficult to install. Remarkable is the “drum”
effect that is felt by hitting the coating. In fixing, screws sink into the
void between the panel and the wall and they don’t guarantee the
seal. They are finally flammable and non-breathable.
Sono laste decoratve prodotte con cemento e fibra di vetro,
presentano caratteristiche analoghe ai laminati in vetroresina
con la differenza di non essere infiammabili. Anche nei rivestimenti in GRC si avverte il vuoto tra pannello e muro. Hanno
scarse resistenze meccaniche e contusioni accidentali lacerano facilmente le lastre.
They are decorative slabs produced with cement and glass fiber.
They have characteristics similar to fiberglass laminates with the difference that they are not flammable. Even in GRC coatings you feel
the void between the panel and the wall. They have low mechanical resistance and accidental bruises easily tear the sheets.

lightened with expanded clay. They are light compared to natural stones but they require almost the same labor for installation.
The cost is higher and often they have poor mechanical strength.
Treatments with water-repellent products are required after the installation because they absorb water and are subjected to freeze,

Sono rivestimenti ad elementi singoli realizzati con malta cementizia alleggerita con argilla espansa. Sono leggeri rispetto
alla pietre naturali ma richiedono quasi la stessa manodopera
per la posa. Il costo é più alto e hanno spesso scarse resistenze
meccaniche. Richiedono trattamenti con idrorepellenti dopo
la posa poichè sono molto assorbenti d’acqua e subiscono il
gelo fessurandosi.

I pannelli decorativi in poliuretano espanso si sono diffusi molto in
questi ultimi anni e sono commercializzati prevalentemente nelle
nelle grandi catene di distribuzione del bricolage. Sono di piccolo
formato, leggeri e maneggevoli. Essendo prodotti con schiume rigide di poliuretano (tenere e fragili)si spezzano facilmente e si schiacciano con la semplice pressione di un dito. Sono prodotti da interno
per lavori provvisori, inoltre sono anch’essi infiammabili.

The decorative panels with polyurethane foam were very popular
in recent years and are marketed primarily in the major retail chains
for DIY. They are small, lightweight and easy to handle. Being produced with polyurethane rigid foams (soft and fragile) they easily
break and are crushed with the touch of a finger. They are products
for indoor and for temporary jobs.They are also flammable.
La marmoresina (resina caricata con polveri marmo) è da diverso
tempo utilizzata nelle riproduzioni di oggetti varii e statue nelle belle
arti. Ha trovato anch’essa una applicazione nei pannelli decorativi
con risultati poco funzionali. I pannelli sono pesanti, si deformano
alle escursioni termiche, non sono traspiranti e per uso interno sono
sconsigliati per l’emissione nel tempo di stirolo monomero. Sono
inoltre infiammabili e i fumi di combustione sono tossici.
MARBLE-RESIN
PANELES
The marble resin (resin loaded with marble dusts), is used for some
time in the reproductions of various objects and statues in the fine
arts. It also finds application in the decorative panels but with little
functional results. The panels are heavy. They warp to temperature
range, they are not breathable and are not recommended for internal use because of the emission of styrene monomer in time. They
are also flammable and the combustion fumes are toxic.
I rivestimenti READY WALL sono prodotti con un agglomerato
inorganico a base di vetro globulare espanso e tutte le materie prime che lo compongono sono ecologiche. Sono leggeri,
resistenti e durevoli nel tempo. Non sono laminati che formano
vuoti, bensì lastre piene con retro planare. Sono idrorepellenti e
nel contempo traspiranti, ingelivi per uso all’esterno e ignifughi
per applicazioni all’interno, garantiti per la prevenzione incendi.
READY WALL coatings are produced with an inorganic conglomerate with globular foam glass as base and all the raw materials that
make it up are eco-friendly. They are light, strong and long lasting.
There are not laminates which arrange voids, but plates filled with
glide back. They are waterproof and breathable at the same time,
frost-resistant for outdoor use, fire-resistant for indoor, guaranteed for
fire prevention.
