DESCRIZIONE - DESCRIPTION
LC-Tray LED è un forno per la polimerizzazione di resine e compositi fotosensibili utilizzati
nei settori Odontoiatrico ed Odontotecnico. Lo scopo principale è quello di indurire i tray
utilizzati per la preparazione di porta impronte individuali.
All’interno sono montate batterie di LED UV a luce fredda, con spettro d’azione di 385 - 450
nanometri (caratteristico colore blu-violetto), disposte in modo da coprire totalmente il lavoro
e non originare zone d’ombra. Tutta la superficie interna è costituita da materiali riflettenti per
sfruttare al massimo la potenza erogata. L’apparecchio è costruito in modo da non disperdere
radiazioni che potrebbero essere nocive per la vista.
LC-Tray LED is a light-curing box suitable to light-cure resins and other light-sensitive
composites commonly used in the dental practice and in the dental technique. This unit has
been mainly designed to harden materials utilised in the preparation of impression trays.
The unit is equipped with UV LED cold light lamps, with a spectrum range of 385-450
nanometers (blue-violet color), which are ideally located in order to cover the object without
leaving shadow corners. The whole internal surface is coated with highly reflecting walls, in
order to best exploit the irradiation power and avoiding to waste radiations which could be
detrimental to the sight.

MESSA IN SERVIZIO - INSTALLATION
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE - TECHNICAL FEATURES
Liberare l’apparecchio dal materiale di imballo, recuperare
il cavo di alimentazione con il trasformatore. Scegliere un
luogo asciutto e ben areato dove piazzare il fornetto.
Collegare il connettore cilindrico alla presa (A) posta sulla
parete di fondo e l’altra estremità alla presa elettrica
(tensione da 100v a 240v AC 50/60Hz). Quando
l’apparecchio è correttamente alimentato si accende la
spia verde (C).

Unpack the unit and locate the power cable with the
transformer. Place the unit in a dry, well-ventilated place.
Connect power cable into socket (A) located on the rear wall of the unit and the other end into
the main electrical socket (tension from 100V to 240V AC 50/60Hz). Provided the unit has
been correctly fed, the green light (C) will light up.
FUNZIONAMENTO - WORKING OPERATION
Fare scorrere verso l’esterno il cassetto

uno, accertarsi che i più alti non possano
proiettare ombre sugli altri ostacolando
quindi il processo di indurimento.
Chiudere completamente il cassetto e
selezionare il tempo di lavoro desiderato
premendo uno dei tasti (B) corrispondenti
ai tempi pre-determinati (tempo espresso in
minuti). Il ciclo di lavoro ha inizio
immediatamente
e
termina
automaticamente allo scadere del tempo
selezionato. Si possono ripetere i tempi per
allungare i cicli e si possono effettuare al
massimo 5 cicli consecutivi poi è
consigliabile attendere 30 minuti per permettere a tutti i componenti di raffreddarsi. Durante il
lavoro, premendo qualsiasi dei 4 tasti il ciclo si interrompe.

NORME TECNICHE DI RIFERIMENTO E MODALITÀ DI PROVA
TECHNICAL REFERENCE REGULATIONS AND TEST PROCEDURES
L’apparecchio viene prodotto in serie dalla C.I.E. Dentalfarm nel rispetto delle norme tecniche
e di sicurezza vigenti, in base a quanto previsto dalla Direttiva Comunitaria sulle Macchine
2006/42CEE.
Dentalfarm LC-TRAY LED is mass-manufactured by C.I.E. Dentalfarm in compliance with
technical and safety rules in force, as provided for by the 2006/42 EEC Community Directive
on machinery.
DEMOLIZIONE E SMALTIMENTO - WASTE AND DISPOSAL
Pull out the drawer and place the objects to be light-cured on the plate; if more than one
objects are iserted, ensure that the higher parts do not transmit any shadow on the lower
ones, which could affect the results of the hardening process.
Close firmly the drawer and select the working time: press one of the (B) keys corresponding
to preset times (value expressed in minutes). The working cycle will start in the immediate
and is completed automatically at the end of the selected time. Selected time can be repeated
to extend the cycles and 5 consecutive cycles as a maximum can be carried out in sequence,
after that we recommend to wait for at least 30 munites to allow all components to cool down.
When working, the cycle will be interrupted by pressing one of the 4 keys.
Attenzione! Non lasciare il cassetto aperto con le lampade UV accese, si possono subire
danni alla vista.
Warning! To avoid sight damages, do not leave the drawer open when UV lamps are on.
Questa apparecchiatura per le Norme Internazionali è una AEE
(apparecchiatura elettrica o elettronica che dipende per un corretto
funzionamento da correnti elettriche o da campi elettromagnetici) quindi, a fine
vita, il rifiuto non deve essere smaltito come rifiuto urbano ma dovrà essere
effettuata la raccolta differenziata a norma della Direttiva 2002/96/CE
According to international regulations, this unit has been classified as AEE (electric and
electronic device, whose correct operation depends on electric rating and electromagnetic
fields) and as a consequence, at the end of its lifetime, it can not be treated as normal waste
material but it must be disposed separately, complying with the Directive 2002/96/EEC.
