Parallelschwung auf einer roten Piste, Kondition
für eine Aufstiegszeit von ca. 3–4 Stunden und
ca. 800 HM, Rucksack, Verpflegung (Essen und
Trinken) und Wechselkleidung.

an ascent of approx. 3–4 hours and a difference in
altitude of approx. 800 m, backpack, food supplies
(food and drink) and a change of clothes.
