Research activity
My research activities concerns the preparation and physical properties investigation of
advanced functional materials such as high temperature superconductors and transition metal
oxides, with a special attention to the realization of innovative micro and nanodevices for
applications in energy and electronics.
Fields of interest include: thermoelectrics, spintronics, microelectromechanical systems, Mott
transistors, superconducting devices, low dimensional systems.
Author and Co-author of more than 130 papers on peer reviewed International journals.
