EASYMETAL
Concepito per ridurre i tempi di progettazione e
superare i vincoli degli elementi architettonici, il
sistema di rivestimento esterno EASYMETAL è
composto da pannelli che possono essere adattati direttamente in cantiere, permettendo risultati estetici di assoluto pregio.
Gli elementi sono montati su una struttura portante, realizzata con tubolari di alluminio o acciaio zincato e adattabile a ogni superficie.
EASYMETAL
EASYMETAL external cladding’s main purpose is
to reduce project timing and to overcome architectural elements restrictions. It is made of panels that can be shaped directly on site, granting
high quality aesthetic results.
All elements are fastened on a load-bearing
structure, made of steel or galvanized steel tubular structures suitable to any surface.

COMPOSITIVE
Il sistema è costituito da una struttura portante realizzata con tubolari in alluminio o acciaio
zincato ancorati alle pareti tramite staffe regolabili, pannelli scatolati, di altezza 500 o 600 mm
e lunghezza variabile tra 500 e 2500 mm, fissati
direttamente alla struttura con viti autoforanti ed
elementi di finitura, quali angolari, scossaline o
cornici per porte e finestre, fissati ai pannelli con
profili e staffaggi avvitati agli stessi.
I pannelli si incastrano tra loro con sistema a
maschio-femmina lungo il lato orizzontale; vengono montati con uno scuretto da 10 o 20 mm
su tutti e quattro lati.

FEATURES
The system is made up of a support structure made
of aluminium or galvanised steel pipes anchored to
the walls by adjustable brackets, sandwich panels,
500 or 600 mm high and between 500 and 2500
mm long, directly affixed to the frame with selftapping screws and finishing elements such as
corners, gutters or frames for doors and windows,
secured to the panels with screwed-in profiles and
brackets.
Panels are fit together with a male-female system
along the horizontal side; they are mounted with a
10 or 20 mm groove along all four sides.

Materials
I componenti il sistema di rivestimento EASYMETAL sono prodotti con varie tipologie metalliche.
Il materiale principalmente utilizzato per la sua
versatilità ed il suo ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo è l’alluminio. Durevole, chimicamente stabile e leggero, consente di essere lavorato anche in cantiere senza che le sue caratteristiche
si alterino. L’alto livello tecnologico e qualitativo
raggiunto dai produttori di laminati ne fanno un
materiale senza dubbio competitivo. Può essere anodizzato, pre-verniciato a liquidi con resine
poliammidiche o PVDF, a polveri poliesteri oppure post-verniciato per esigenze particolari. Viene
impiegato negli spessori 1,5 – 2,0 – 2,5 – 3,0 mm.
Altro materiale molto utilizzato è l’acciaio: Zincato pre-verniciato o post-verniciato impiegato negli spessori 1,2 – 1,5 – 2,0 mm. Inox della qualità
AISI 304 lucido o satinato impiegato negli spessori 1,2 – 1,5 – 2,0 mm. L’alta capacità di lavorare
materiali metallici ci consente di utilizzare anche
prodotti più particolari quali: Rame naturale o
invecchiato negli spessori 0,8 – 1,0 – 1,2 mm;
Zinco-titanio patinato negli spessori 1,0 – 1,2 –
1,5 mm. Questi materiali rispondono totalmente
alle esigenze attuali e future del mercato edilizio
perché sono riciclabili al 100%. Possono infatti essere continuamente reimmessi nei processi
produttivi senza perdere in alcun modo le loro
caratteristiche.
Materials EASYMETAL cladding components
are made with various types of metals. The main
material used is aluminium due to its versatility
and excellent quality-price ratio. Durable, chemically stable and lightweight, it can be processed
on site without altering its properties. The high
technological and quality level achieved by sheet
metal manufacturers make it a peerless material.
It can be anodised, pre-painted with polyamide resins or PVDF, polyester powder painted or
postpainted for special needs.1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0
mm thicknesses are used. Another highly popular
material is steel: 1.2, 1.5 or 2.0 mm thick pre or
post-painted galvanised. 1.2, 1.5 or 2.0 mm thick
AISI 304 polished or satin stainless steel. The
high metallic material processing capacity also
lets us use more particular products such as: 0.8,
1.0 or 1.2 mm thick natural or aged copper; 1.0,
1.2 or 1.5 mm thick coated zinc-titanium. Being
100% recyclable, these materials meet all current
and future requirements of the building industry.
They can, in fact, be continuously reused in production processes without forsaking any of their
characteristics.

Prometal has its own in-house polyester powder
painting workshop (minimum thickness of 60 microns) which can handle panels of up to 4,000
mm in length and 1,500 mm in height.

di verniciatura a polveri poliestere (spessore minimo 60 micron) che permette di verniciare misure fino a 4000 mm di lunghezza e 1500 mm di
altezza. Prometal propone ai suoi clienti l’intera
gamma di colori RAL delle varie ditte produttrici,
soddisfando qualsiasi esigenza di colore e garantendo un ottimo risultato estetico e di resistenza.

resistere a più di 1200 ore di nebbia salina. Grazie inoltre ai certificati ottenuti in collaborazione
con Akzo Nobel Coatings, Prometal è in grado di offrire per i prodotti verniciati per esterni
su approvazione di progetti specifici, garanzie di
resistenza pluriennali, proponendo una selezione
di finiture scelte dalle gamme di vernici in polveri poliestere opache per Architettura (collezione
Futura di Akzo Nobel Coatings, serie Interpon
D1094 e D1036). Questi prodotti sono ideali per
il rivestimento dell’alluminio e dell’acciaio zincato
e sono omologati Qualicoat classe 1. Le vernici a
polvere Interpon utilizzate nel processo di verniciatura inoltre non contengono composti chimici
organici volativi né metalli pesanti tossici e producono pochissimi scarti grazie alla possibilità
di recuperare, riciclare o rilavorare la polvere in
eccesso.

Rating Technology), riconosciuta a livello mondiale, valuta il prodotto nel suo ciclo di vita completo, ed è ulteriore garanzia di sostenibilità.
Prometal proposes the whole range of RAL colours produced by the major manufacturers to its
customers, to meet all colour requirements and
guarantee excellent aesthetic and resistance results. Tests have proven that painted products
can withstand over 1,200 hours in saline mist.
Thanks to the certification gained in collaboration with Akzo Nobel Coatings, Prometal is
able to supply painted products for outdoor use,
pursuant to specifically approved projects, longterm resistance warranties, providing a selection
of finishes chosen from a range of Architecture
matt polyester powder paint (Futura Collection
by Akzo Nobel Coatings, Interpon D1094 and
D1036 series). These products are ideal for coating aluminium and galvanised steel and are certified to Qualicoat Class 1 standards. The Interpon
powder paints used in the painting process do
not contain volatile organic chemical compounds or toxic heavy metals; they produce extremely
little waste as all excess powders can be recovered, recycled and re-processed.
SMaRT (Sustainable Materials Rating Technology) Certification, acknowledged at a worldwide level, evaluates the entire life-cycle of the
product, yet another guarantee of sustainability.

I pannelli sono dotati di particolari sagomature sui lati
orizzontali che permettono il loro incastro con sistema a
maschio-femmina e sono fissati alla struttura portante con
viti del tipo autoforante in acciaio inox complete di rondella
anti-frizione.
The horizontal sides of the panels are specially shaped so
that they interlock in a grooving and tonguing system and
are fastened to the load-bearing structure by stainless steel
self-tapping screws with anti-friction washer.
Per pannelli di dimensioni orizzontali particolarmente grandi
potrà essere prevista una struttura portante secondaria da
posizionare al centro del modulo.
Elementi di finitura quali scossaline, cornici per porte e finestre, angolari, profili a pavimento (dove previsto) realizzati
con lo stesso materiale e finitura dei pannelli. Il tutto reso
non assemblato.
Tolleranze:
Le misure in altezza e larghezza avranno tolleranza +/- 1
mm. I pannelli dovranno essere otticamente planari e comunque avere una “freccia” al centro della faccia non superiore a 1/500 del lato maggiore del pannello stesso, misurata a pannello sospeso verticale nei punti previsti, in assenza
di sollecitazioni.

For panels that are particularly long horizontally, it is possible to provide a secondary load-bearing structure to be
positioned at the centre of the module. Finishing elements
such as flashing, door and window frames, corner pieces,
floor level profiles (where provided) are in the same material
and finish as the panels. All parts are supplied unassembled.

panels must be optically flat and in any case “deflection” at
the centre of the face cannot exceed 1/500 of the longer
side of the panel itself, measured with the unstressed panel
suspended vertically at the points provided for this.
