Reference is made to the above mentioned Securities issued by UniCredit Bank AG. Capitalized terms
used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the terms and
conditions of the Securities (the "Terms and Conditions").
UniCredit Bank AG herewith informs the investors of the Securities that a Succession Event has
occurred with respect to the Reference Entity Fiat S.p.A., the successor being Fiat Chrysler
Automobiles N.V. (formerly known as Fiat Investments N.V.).
This notice is our Succession Event Notice according to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions
following the Succession Event regarding Fiat S.p.A.
The following Determinations Committee Decisions were published on the website http://dc.isda.org
on November 4, 2014:
On November 4, 2014, the Determinations Committee (EMEA (Europe)) agreed that a Succession
Event occurred with respect to Fiat S.p.A. on 12 October 2014 and that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles
N.V. (formerly known as Fiat Investments N.V.) is the sole Successor.
Nothing to this notice shall be construed as a waiver of any rights the Issuer may have with respect to
the Securities.
This Notice is governed by German Law.

verificatoin relazione all’Entità di riferimento Fiat SpA: il successore è Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV
(precedentemente noto come Fiat Investments NV).
Il presente avviso è il nostro Avviso di Evento di Successione, secondo le disposizioni dei Termini e
Condizioni, a seguito dell'Evento di Successione riguardante Fiat SpA
Le seguenti Decisioni del Comitato per le Determinazioni sono state pubblicate sul sito
http://dc.isda.org, il 4 novembre 2014:
Il 4 novembre 2014, il Comitato per le Determinazioni (EMEA (Europe)) ha convenuto che si è
verificato un Evento di Successione rispetto a Fiat SpA il 12 ottobre 2014 e che Fiat Chrysler
Automobiles NV (precedentemente noto come Fiat Investments NV) è l'unico successore.
Nulla nel presente avviso deve essere interpretato come una rinuncia dell'Emittente a qualsiasi diritto
in relazione ai Titoli.
