The Alfonso Muzzi reception and food design is a reality in the field of italian banqueting for the past twenty years. Our service/product is the result of careful balance between the classical traditions, from which we come, and the innovation dictated by the market and insistently demanded by our customers. We were lucky to find this kind of customers and we are still following the requets introducing everytime something to let the people enjoy our food, our service and let them to remeber about us. We live and work in Umbria but our range is nicely extended to the whole country, with experience extremely rewarding, even across the border, but without denying our considerable appeal to Rome and Milan squares undisputed queens of our industry. Our Rules: Cook on-site: cookingon site means making difficult intuitable, but claiming and vocation to give a high level product. Maniacal Services: the waiter understood not as an accessory but as a diamond point of the process and experience therefore fundamental. Meals never commonplace: the profound respect of the great Italian tradition is to propose new ways to enjoy the classics, but most of the research for a proposal to discover new ways of doing things and to bring the dish.
