Ai sensi degli art. IA.9.1.13 comma 1 e IA.9.1.13 comma 3 delle
“Istruzioni al Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa
Italiana S.p.A.", l’intervento di rettifica incide sul prezzo di esercizio e
sul numero di titoli (lotto) oggetto dei contratti di opzione.

Tutte le serie di opzioni su azioni ordinarie Banco Popolare in
negoziazione al termine della seduta del 7 marzo 2014.
A partire dal 10 marzo 2014 le serie di nuova generazione avranno
un lotto minimo pari a 100 azioni ordinarie Banco Popolare.
CODICE ISIN
Le serie rettificate saranno generate con un nuovo codice ISIN e
presenteranno una "X" al termine della serie identificativa.
SOSPENSIONE ESERCIZIO
7 marzo 2014.

INTERVENTION
According to Borsa Italiana’s Instructions, Articles IA.9.1.13
paragraph 1 and IA.9.1.13 paragraph 3, Borsa Italiana notifies that
strike prices and the number of shares (lot) underlying the stock option
contracts shall be adjusted.
DESCRIPTION OF THE

The adjustment intervention shall be done by applying the coefficient
K according to the following formula and rounded to six decimal
places.

All stock option series on Banco Popolare ordinary shares open for
trade at the close of trading session on March 7th, 2014.
Starting from March 10th, 2014 the lot size of the new series will be
equal to 100 Banco Popolare ordinary shares.
ISIN CODE
The adjusted stock option series shall be generated with a new ISIN
code and have an “X” at the end.
SUSPENSION OF EARLY
EXERCISE
March 7th, 2014.
The adjusted series will be available on our web site at the following URL at the close of the trading
day on March 7th 2014: http://www.borsaitaliana.it/derivati/primopiano/serierettificate.en.htm
The long orders on stock option contracts on Banco Popolare ordinary shares active at the end of the
trading session of March 7th, 2014 will be deleted.
