Così ci è sembrato quando nel 1999
abbiamo deciso di fondare Megamotor.
L’aftermarket appariva un mercato saturo
anche per le due ruote e sapevamo che
trovare qualcosa di nuovo non sarebbe
stato facile. Eppure, al compimento del
15° compleanno dell’azienda che oggi è
una realtà solida, se dovessimo spiegare il
segreto del nostro successo parleremmo
sicuramente dei prodotti: quelli che
distribuiamo e quelli che produciamo,
prodotti che vale la pena comprare per le
performance, per la tecnologia, ma anche
per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Che la
vostra strada sia il tragitto casa-lavoro in scooter o un rettilineo da 300 km orari, i prodotti che
proponiamo saranno sempre la nostra prima scelta: quando qualcosa viene superato o non è più
competitivo, arriva il momento di lasciare il posto ad altro, al meglio che possiamo offrirvi. Che

That is what it felt like in 1999 when we decided to found Megamotor. The aftermarket appeared to be
saturated for bikes as well and we knew that it would not be easy to find something new. And yet, after 15 years
in operation and with a solid company at our backs, if we were to try and explain the secret of our success we
would undoubtedly talk about products: the ones we distribute and the ones we mannufacture, products that
are worth looking at to compare their performance, their technology, but also their quality/price ratio.

Se dopo 6 mesi di stoccaggio la tensione è superiore a 12,5 V, la batteria è ancora in grado di
essere ricaricata per avviare il motociclo.

Utilizzo - Usage
Dopo aver verificato la corretta tensione (> 12,5 V) e polarità, la batteria è pronta all’uso.
Se la tensione è inferiore a 12,5 V è necessario eseguire la ricarica.
After checking the voltage (>12.5 V) and the polarity, this type of batteries is ready to use.
If the voltage is less than 12.5 V it needs to be recharged.

Elevate possibilità di stoccaggio grazie alla tecnologia Super Dry: la batteria viene fornita a secco
per essere preparata poco prima dell’uso mediante lo speciale processo di assemblaggio. In questo
modo, il rischio di ossidazione della batteria durante lo stoccaggio viene eliminato.
L’ elevata tenuta ermetica dei flaconi elimina il rischio di perdite di acido e riduce al minimo le
impurità contenute nell’elettrolita.
La piastra ad alta efficienza garantisce ottime prestazioni di avviamento e impedisce la ricarica
eccessiva prolungando la durata in servizio della batteria.
Esente da manutenzione durante l’utilizzo.

through a special battery assembly process, effectively preventing the oxidation of the battery during storage.
Acid bottles sealed tightly ensure no acid leak and an electrolyte with low impurities.

Utilizzo - Usage
1. Estrarre la batteria e la confezione di acido.
2. Strappare il nastro di protezione in alluminio, posizionare il contenitore di elettrolita nel condotto
di riempimento della batteria con la parte superiore sigillata delle celle rivolta verso il basso.
Tenere il contenitore verticale e spingere verso il basso per rompere i sigilli. Una volta svuotato
completamente dell’elettrolita, rimuovere il contenitore. Premere verso il basso con decisione,
utilizzando entrambe le mani per fissare i tappi in sede (per maggiori dettagli, consultare le
istruzioni presenti sull’etichetta della confezione di acido).
3. Lasciare riposare la batteria per almeno 10 minuti. Verificarne la corretta tensione (12,7 V) e
polarità.

Batteria a bassa manutenzione
1. Pull out the battery and acid pack.
2. Tear the aluminium foil belt. Place the electrolyte container with the sealed top of the cells down into the filler
port of the battery. Hold the container level, push down to break the seals. Remove the electrolyte container
when it is completely empty. Press down firmly with both hands to seat the caps (for details please check the
instruction stuck on the acid pack).
3. Let the battery stand for at least 10 minutes. Check the voltage ≥ 12.7 V and check the polarity.

1. L’acido solforico (H2SO4) è corrosivo, se a contatto con la pelle e i vestiti, risciacquare con acqua.
Se ingerito o a contatto con gli occhi, provvedere immediatamente a risciacquare con acqua e
contattare un medico.
2. Durante il riempimento delle tradizionali batterie con acido, fare attenzione a non eccedere
la quantità necessaria, poiché potrebbe essere pericoloso e causare una perdita di acido,
compromettendo così le prestazioni della batteria (le batterie VRLA non devono essere
rabboccate con acido).
3. Seguire le istruzioni di ricarica della batteria presenti sull’etichetta della batteria stessa.
4. Utilizzo: NON eseguire un collegamento in corto circuito o di polarità opposte. La batteria
scarica deve essere ricaricata. Non pulire il contenitore della batteria con solvente organico.
5. Tenere lontano da fiamme o fonti di calore.
6.Stoccaggio:
-- Conservare le batterie a una temperatura compresa tra -20 e 40 °C in un magazzino
sufficientemente aerato.
-- La batteria utilizzata deve essere ricaricata prima di essere riposta per lo stoccaggio. Durante
il periodo di stoccaggio è inoltre necessario provvedere alla ricarica ogni sei mesi. Per le
batterie ventilate per motocicli con l’elettrolita in forma liquida, si consiglia la ricarica ogni
tre mesi.
-- Tenere lontano da sostanze caustiche, infiammabili o esplosive.
-- Tenere lontano dalla portata di bambini e anziani.
1. Sulphuric acid (H2SO4) is corrosive, if sulphuric acid is splashed on skin and clothes, flush with water. If it is
swallowed or splashed in the eyes, take immediate action: flush with water and call a doctor.
2. For the acid filling of conventional batteries, please ensure you do not overflow; it can be dangerous and
affect the battery performance in case of acid leak. (VRLA batteries do not need to be refilled with acid).
3. Please follow the battery charging instruction which is stuck on the battery.
4. Usage: do NOT make a short circuit connection or opposite polarity connection. Recharge again after
discharge. Do not clean the battery container with organic solvent.
5. Keep it away from fire or heat.
6. Storage:
-- Store the batteries at a temperature between -20 and 40 °C in a ventilated warehouse.
-- If the battery is stored after use, it must be charged before storing and it should be recharged every six months.
-- Keep it far away from mordant, ignitable and explosive circumstance.
-- Keep it away from children and elders.

Motobatt, superiori in tutto e per tutto alle normali batterie
perchè:
- non hanno bisogno di manutenzione
- erogano una potenza superiore alle batterie tradizionali
