SCHULZE PREATREATmaker III ha un modulo
elettronico ri-disegnato che garantisce
migliori prestazioni e un funzionamento
più facile. Il nuovo, grande touchscreen
permette una facile configurazione della
lunghezza dello spruzzo, la larghezza e la
quantità di pre-rivestimento. La macchina
è inoltre dotata di quattro valvole che
possono essere controllate singolarmente.
Questo non solo consente di impostare l'area
di precoating, ma anche di risparmiare
liquido precoating.
Grazie ai serbatoi da 5L possono essere raggiunti
elevati volumi di produzione. La lunghezza della
zona di spruzzatura può essere regolata in
incrementi di 2 cm usando il Touchscreen.
Ci sono 4 livelli disponibili per regolare la quantità
di precoating liquido applicato. Un'altra grande
caratteristica del dispositivo è l'auto pulizia dei
quattro ugelli (consumo di circa 12 ml / ora).
Questo consentirà di evitare che gli ugelli si
intasino quando la macchina è spenta. E' possibile
memorizzare in 5 programmi tutti questi settaggi.
Il tempo totale di spruzzatura è di 4,5 s
(1 passaggio) o 8 s (2 pass).

The SCHULZE PREATREATmaker III has a redesigned electronics module ensuring improved
performance and easier operation.

The new, larger touchscreen allows easy setup
of the spray length, width and amount of precoating. The machine also comes equipped with
four valves, which can each be controlled individually. This not only allows you to setup your
individual precoating area but also saves a lot of
precoating liquid.

Due to the draining gutter the cleaning process can be initiated
with one touch only. The spraying nozzles can be removed
without tools for proper ultrasound cleaning.
Due to the 5 L tanks high volumes of production
can be achieved. The length of the spraying area
can be regulated in 2 cm increments using the
touchscreen. There are 4 levels available for controlling the amount of precoating liquid applied.
Another great feature of the device is the automated cleaning process of the four spraying
nozzles (consumption ca. 12 ml / hour).
This will prevent the nozzles from getting dry or
blocked when the machine is switched off. All of
these settings, you can store in 5 different editable
program buttons. The total spraying time is 4.5 s
(1 pass) or 8 s (2 pass).
