Al bambino (nato dopo il 29/11/2006) sarà concesso uno SKIPASS
GRATUITO di 1–31 giorni (esclusi 12 giorni nella stagione, stagionali
e tessere a valore) di tipologia e periodo pari a quelli dello skipass acquistato
contestualmente da un accompagnatore maggiorenne pagante.
La gratuità è intesa nel rapporto un bambino per un accompagnatore.
Per ottenere la gratuità è necessario presentarsi personalmente ed esibire
la dovuta tessera di riconoscimento. Non è valida l’autocertificazione.

FREE SKI PASS
A child (born after 29/11/2006) is entitled to a FREE SKI PASS of 1–31 days
of the same kind and period (except 12 days at choice in the season, season
passes and points value cards) on simultaneous purchase of a ski pass by an
accompanying adult. is free offer refers to “an accompanying adult for
each child”. To obtain a free ski pass it is necessary to ask in person and to
present proof of identity. Self certification is not valid.
Der Skipass ist ein streng persönlicher Ausweis und kann nicht übertragen werden (auch nicht unentgeltlich),
ausgetauscht oder verändert werden. Die Skiwertkarte ist übertragbar; die Gültigkeit der Karte ist auf die Wintersaison
beschränkt, für die sie ausgestellt wird. Entzogene oder mutwillig beschädigte Skipässe und Wertkarten werden nicht ersetzt
oder rückerstattet. Der Skipassinhaber muss bei der Benützung der Anlagen den Skipass bzw. die Wertkarte zwecks Entwertung
bei sich tragen. Der Skipass oder die Wertkarte müssen auf Aufforderung des Liftpersonals oder der Inspektoren vorgewiesen
werden, um die eigene Identifizierung zu ermöglichen. Jedem Missbrauch folgt der Entzug und/oder die Annullierung und/
oder die Gültigkeitsaussetzung des Fahrausweises. Der Inhaber ist für die korrekte Handhabung des Datenträgers
verantwortlich; der Datenträger bleibt Eigentum des ausstellenden Konsortiums. Der Skifahrer fährt auf eigenes
Risiko und Gefahr. Mit dem Kauf und/oder mit der Benutzung der Karte erklärt der Benutzer die allgemeinen
Verkaufsbedingungen zu kennen und nimmt sie im vollen Umfang an.
Es wird nicht dafür gehaftet, dass alle Anlagen in Betrieb und alle Pisten im DOLOMITI SUPERSKI Gebiet ständig und während des
gesamten Betriebszeitraums befahrbar sind, da dieselben auch von einigen Faktoren abhängig sind, die nicht im Einflussbereich
der Betreiber liegen, wie zum Beispiel Witterungs-, Schnee- und Sicherheitsverhältnisse, Ausfälle der Anlagen, Verfügungen der
Behörden sowie aus anderen Gründen der höheren Gewalt verhindert werden.
Zu Saisonbeginn und Saisonende (nach dem 29.03.2015) sind die Schließung und die Einschränkung des Skibetriebs
auf Grund der Sicherheit, der Schneelage und der Skifahreranzahl möglich.

scambiato o alterato. La tessera a valore è trasferibile e la sua validità è limitata alla stagione invernale di emissione.
Gli skipass e le tessere a valore ritirati o deteriorati deliberatamente non vengono sostituiti o rimborsati. Il titolare dello skipass o
della tessera a valore è tenuto a viaggiare munito del documento di trasporto. Lo skipass o la tessera a valore vanno esibiti ad ogni
richiesta degli addetti agli impianti e degli ispettori ai quali deve essere consentita l’identificazione dell’utente. Qualsiasi abuso
nell’utilizzo dello skipass o della tessera a valore comporta il suo ritiro immediato e/o il suo annullamento e/o la sua
sospensione. L’utente è responsabile della buona conservazione del supporto skipass o tessera a valore, che rimane di
proprietà del Consorzio emittente. Lo sciatore scia a proprio rischio e pericolo. Con l’acquisto e/o utilizzo dello skipass
o della tessera a valore l’utente dichiara di conoscere ed accettare integralmente le Condizioni Generali di Vendita.
Non viene garantito il funzionamento ininterrotto e durante tutto il periodo di apertura di tutti gli impianti di risalita e l’agibilità di
tutte le piste del comprensorio DOLOMITI SUPERSKI, essendo gli stessi condizionati da alcuni fattori fuori dalla sfera di controllo
degli esercenti, quali - a titolo meramente esemplificativo - le condizioni meteorologiche, di innevamento, di sicurezza, guasti
all’impianto, disposizioni delle autorità ed impedimenti dovuti ad altre cause di forza maggiore.
All’inizio ed a fine stagione (dopo il 29/03/2015) è possibile la chiusura degli impianti e la limitazione dell’area sciabile

or incorrect use of the ski pass and points value card will lead to its withdrawal and/or annulment and/or suspension.
e cardholder is responsible for keeping the ski pass or points value card in good condition, the cards remain property
of the issuing Consortium. Skiers ski at their own risk. By purchasing and/or by using the ski pass and/or points value
card the user expressly declares to know the General Sales Conditions and to completely accept them.
No guarantee is given that all lift system facilities of the DOLOMITI SUPERSKI area will be in operation nor that all ski slopes
will be usable throughout the whole opening period, as the functioning is conditioned by factors out of the control sphere
of the facility’s owners and operators, such as weather, snow and safety conditions, damages of the facility, provisions laid down
by the authorities and other causes of force majeure.
Some lift system facilities may be closed and some ski runs limited in use at the beginning and end of the season
(after 29/03/2015) due to above mentioned reasons and depending on the afflux of skiers.
