Ein Leitbild für St. Marien
Vorwort
Die Pfarrei St. Marien ist die Gemeinschaft von ca. 10.000 katholischen Christen in der Innenstadt
Neunkirchens und den Stadtteilen Heinitz und Sinnerthal. Viele Menschen haben am Leitbild der Pfarrei
mitgearbeitet. Junge und alte. Maria ist die Schutzheilige der Pfarrei. Darum haben sie sich von ihrem
Lobgesang aus dem Lukasevangelium (Magnifikat) leiten lassen:
„Mit allem, was ich hab, will ich dafür sorgen, dass Gott richtig groß rauskommt. Alles in mir freut sich über
dich, du bist mein Gott, du hast mich gerettet! Gott hat mich gesehen, obwohl ich nur eine stinknormale
Frau bin. Alle Menschen, die in Zukunft leben werden, werden mich einmal toll finden und mich ehren.
Gott hat was ganz Großes mit mir gemacht, ihm ist nichts unmöglich, er ist ganz besonders, er ist echt
heilig. Er liebt uns total und diese Liebe gilt allen Menschen, die ihn respektieren. Er hat große Muskeln, er
kann Wunder tun! Menschen, die sich sonst was einbilden, wird er alt aussehen lassen. Er hat Regierungen gestürzt und Sklaven befreit. Menschen, die Hunger hatten, kriegten bei ihm was zu essen, aber
Menschen, die satt und reich waren, sind bei ihm leer ausgegangen. Er hat uns versprochen zu helfen,
und er hat dieses Versprechen nicht vergessen. Er liebt uns. Er hat das schon vor Ewigkeiten Abraham und
seiner Familie versprochen.“ Lk 1,46-55 / Volxbibel.
Die Sprache des Leitbildes soll für jeden verständlich sein. Das Leitbild ist ein verbindlicher Rahmen. Es
motiviert, auf gemeinsame Ziele zuzugehen. Es ist eine Brücke in die Zukunft. Den ehren- und hauptamtlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern zeigt es: „So begegnen wir Gott und den Menschen!“ Allen
anderen zeigt es: „So ist St. Marien. Dafür steht die Pfarrei!“ Das Leitbild muss gelebt werden. Die Wege zu
den vereinbarten Zielen müssen in der kommenden Zeit gesucht und gegangen werden. Alle fünf Jahre
wird das Leitbild vom Pfarrgemeinderat überprüft und gegebenenfalls angepasst.
Gott steht auf jeden Menschen. Er liebt ihn so, wie er ist.
Jeder einzelne ist ihm enorm wichtig. Er hat versprochen:
„Ich bin da!“. Gottes Nähe und Liebe feiern Christen in
ihren Gottesdiensten. Sie erinnern an Jesus Christus.
Sie sind der Herzschlag des Glaubens. Sie halten die Pfarrei
St. Marien lebendig und weisen den Weg. Gottes Liebe
und Nähe teilen wir. Wir sind für die Menschen da –
in Freud und Leid. Wie Jesus Christus.

suchende Herzen
Menschen suchen nach Sinn und Halt. Uns gibt der
christliche Glaube Antwort auf dieses Suchen.
Wir glauben: Gott liebt jeden Menschen. Gott gibt Halt
und schenkt Geborgenheit. Er sorgt für uns Menschen vom
Lebensanfang bis zum Lebensende und darüber hinaus.
Diesen Glauben feiern wir immer wieder in den Gottesdiensten: Taufen, Kommunion, Hochzeiten, Segnungen,
Beerdigungen, …

Kinder, Jugendliche, Alleinstehende, Familien und Senioren
tragen die Pfarrei St. Marien. Sie arbeiten respektvoll Hand
in Hand. Sie vertrauen einander und sind füreinander da.
Herzlichkeit und Offenheit für Neues sind selbstverständlich. Feierliche Gottesdienste, attraktive Angebote für
Kinder und Familien, erstklassige Konzerte, schöne Feste
und direkte Hilfe kommen von Herzen.

Das „Haus St. Marien“ ist groß. Verschiedene Gruppen
wohnen darin und beleben es. Für neue Gemeinschaften
und Gruppierungen ist noch genügend Platz.
Jeder Einzelne ist willkommen. Er findet Geborgenheit
und ein Zuhause. Mit anderen religiösen Gemeinschaften
pflegt St. Marien gute Nachbarschaft.

In unserer Stadt leben viele Menschen einsam, arm,
vernachlässigt oder in seelischer Not. St. Marien setzt sich
für diese Menschen ein und ist für sie da.
Hüttenberger Mittagstisch, Besuchsdienste, die HeiligAbend-Aktion sind Beispiele dafür. Helfen ist nicht immer
einfach. Aber es lohnt sich. Der Dienst am Nächsten ( Diakonie ) fordert heraus. Mit anderen Einrichtungen arbeiten
wir zusammen.

In Neunkirchen wird das Leben von vielen mitbestimmt.
Die Pfarrei St. Marien ist ein Teil davon. Sie mischt
sich ein und redet mit. Die Pfarrei übernimmt Verantwortung und macht sich stark für christliche Werte.
Das geschieht in den Kindertageseinrichtungen, der
Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen, der Zusammenarbeit
mit sozialen Einrichtungen, … Die Kirchenmusik
bereichert das kulturelle Leben der Stadt.

Vieles um uns herum und bei uns verändert sich.
In diesen Veränderungen müssen auch unbequeme
Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Sie betreffen das Gottesdienstangebot, die Immobilien, die Finanzen, ...
Das fällt schwer, fordert heraus und braucht Verständnis.
Auf dem Weg in eine gute Zukunft braucht es Mut. In
St. Marien traut man sich, Neues auszuprobieren.
„Momentum - Kirche am Center“ ist ein Beispiel dafür.

Auf unserem Weg in die Zukunft ist uns wichtig:
Ein gemeinsamer Sonntagsgottesdienst stärkt das
„Wir-Gefühl“. Er zeigt: Wir gehören zusammen und sind
eins. St. Marien soll groß und bunt bleiben.
Unsere Aufgabe ist es, bestehende Gemeinschaften zu
fördern und neue zu gründen. Die Begabungen der
Menschen stehen dabei im Vordergrund.

PREFACE
La paroisse Ste Marie est une communauté d'environ 10.000 chrétiens catholiques. Elle se situe
au centre de la ville de Neunkirchen; elle accueille aussi les paroissiens des quartiers de Heinitz
et Sinnerthal.Beaucoup de personnes ont contribué à l‘élaboration de cette charte,
des jeunes et des adultes de tous âges. La Vierge Marie est la sainte patronne de cette paroisse.
C'est pourquoi ces chrétiens se sont inspirés de sa prière d'action de grâce “le Magnificat” (Lc
1, 46-55). Le langage de la charte doit être compréhensible pour tous. Elle définit un cadre
précis pour la vie de la paroisse. Elle devrait être une motivation pour cheminer avec des objectifs communs. Elle est “un pont vers l'avenir”. Elle propose aux chrétiens engagés des moyens de rencontrer Dieu et les hommes. Elle montre aux paroissiens leur paroisse telle qu'elle
est et pourquoi elle existe. La charte établie doit être vécue. Les chemins conduisant aux objectifs définis doivent être cherchés et suivis dans les mois et les années à venir. Tous les 5 ans,
cette charte sera vérifiée par le Conseil paroissial et adaptée si nécessaire.
VOILA A QUOI SE RECONNAIT DIEU
Dieu s'arrête devant chaque homme. Il aime tout homme tel qu'il est. Chacun est très important pour Lui. Il a promis d' être là, parmi nous. Les chrétiens fêtent la présence et l'amour de
Dieu dans leurs offices. Ils célèbrent Jésus-Christ à la messe. Les offices sont les battements du
coeur de la foi. Ils gardent la paroisse vivante et ils indiquent aux chrétiens le chemin. A la
messe, nous partageons l'amour et la présence de Dieu. Comme Jésus-Christ, nous sommes là
pour tous les hommes, ceux qui sont dans la joie et ceux qui sont dans la peine.
LA PAROISSE ACCUEILLE CEUX QUI CHERCHENT DIEU
Beaucoup de gens cherchent un sens à leur vie et un soutien. La paroisse est là pour eux et elle
les accompagne. La foi chrétienne apporte des éléments de réponse à leurs questions et un
support à leur fragilité. Nous croyons que Dieu est proche de nous et qu'Il nous aime. Il nous
porte et nous donne sa force et la sécurité. Les manifestations de la foi sont les sacrements : baptême, eucharistie, réconciliation, confirmation, mariage, sacrement des maladies,
ordre (pour les prêtres) mais aussi, la MESSE, les bénédictions, les célébrations d'obsèques et
les échanges d'ordre spirituel.
LA PAROISSE ACCUEILLE CEUX QUI “METTENT LA MAIN A LA PÂTE”
Des enfants, des jeunes, des adultes, des aînés, des personnes vivant seules et des familles, des
gens exerçant des activités professionnelles ou retraitées ... portent la paroisse Ste Marie. Ils
agissent main dans la main, dans le respect de chacun. Ils se font confiance et ils s'entraident
pour toujours mieux faire. Leurs relations cordiales, leur sincérité et leur esprit d'ouverture
sont évidents. Des offices solennels, d'autres adaptés aux enfants et aux familles, d'excellents
concerts, de belles fêtes et des réponses urgentes aux appels à l'aide, tout cela comble les coeurs.
LA PAROISSE ACCUEILLE LES BRAS OUVERTS
“La maison Ste Marie” est grande. Différents groupes l‘animent. Il reste encore assez de place
pour de nouvelles équipes et des groupes. Chacun est le bienvenu. Chacun peut y trouver un
réconfort et un „chez soi“. La paroisse Ste Marie entretient des relations de bon voisinage avec
les autres communautés religieuses. Les rencontres avec elles sont enrichissantes.
LA PAROISSE ACCUEILLE LES YEUX OUVERTS
Dans notre ville, beaucoup de personnes vivent isolées, démunies, marginalisées, parfois dans
une grande détresse spirituelle. La paroisse Ste Marie s'occupe de ces personnes. Elle est là
pour elles. Ainsi, à la „Hüttenberger Mittagstisch“, des repas sont servis à midi. Des visites à
domicile et dans les hôpitaux et maisons de retraite sont organisées; la solidarité au temps de
Noël et lors de la fête de la veillée console bien des souffrances. Aider n'est pas une mission
facile mais cela vaut la peine de s'y engager. Le service au prochain (diaconie) est exigeant.
Nous agissons avec d'autres associations de solidarité.
LA PAROISSE ACCUEILLE LES VOIX QUI SE FONT ENTENDRE
Nombreux sont ceux qui s'occupent de la qualité de la vie à Neunkirchen. La paroisse Ste Marie
s'investit dans ce domaine. Elle s'y engage et y participe par les voix des chrétiens responsables:
ils défendent avec force les valeurs chrétiennes. La paroisse intervient dans les conseils
d'organisation des écoles maternelles, elle est présente dans les activités des centres qui accueillent les enfants, les adolescents. Elle a ses représentants dans les institutions sociales. Elle
s'efforce de promouvoir la musique sacrée qui enrichit la vie culturelle de la ville.
LA PAROISSE ACCUEILLE LES CERVEAUX INGENIEUX
Beaucoup de choses autour de nous changent. Pour cheminer vers un avenir plus juste, il faut
du courage. A la paroisse Ste Marie, en toute confiance, on tente de nouvelles expériences.
“Momentum - l'Eglise au Centre“, en est un témoignage. Mais des choix difficiles doivent être
décidés. Ils concernent des projets de changements pour les lieux et horaires des offices, pour
la gestion des immeubles paroissiaux, des soucis de finances ... Ce sont de lourdes décisions
qui nécessitent beaucoup de réflexion, de compréhension et d'échanges d'idées ...
CE QUI RESTE A REALISER
Dans notre cheminement vers l'avenir, ce qui est essentiel pour nous, ce que nous exigeons
avec force, c'est une messe rassemblant la Communauté le dimanche, dans l'église Ste Marie.
C’est notre souhait spirituel et affectif primordial. La messe crée et renforce notre communion
au Christ et entre nous. Ste Marie doit rester grande, unie et riche de ses diversités, “multicolore”! Notre devoir, c'est de faire progresser les équipes actuelles et d'en créer de nouvelles.
Les talents des paroissiens sont les besoins primordiaux à susciter et à faire fructifier.
Guiding Images for the parish of St. Marien
Introduction
The community of St. Marien comprises some 10,000 catholic Christians in Neunkirchen city
and the suburbs of Heinitz und Sinnerthal. It took the cooperation of many, young and old, to
formulate the guiding images for our parish. Since Maria is the patron of our parish, the inspiration for these guiding images comes from the Magnifikat (Luke 1: 46-55). The language used
is easy to understand. The guidelines are binding. They are the motivation for moving towards
common goals. They are a bridge to the future. Their core meaning for our staff and volunteers
is: „This is the way in which we meet God and our fellowmen!“ – and for all others it is: „This
is St. Marien. This is what the parish stands for!“ Guidelines must be lived. The paths toward
the established goals will have to be found and walked as time goes on. Every five years, the
parish council will examine and, if need be, adjust the guidelines.
This is what God stands for
God stands behind each and every one of us. He loves us exactly as we are. Each of us, individually, is tremendously important to Him. He has promised: „Here I am!“In mass, Christians
celebrate God’s closeness and love. They remember Jesus Christ. The masses are the heartbeat
of our Faith. They keep St. Marien alive and point the way. We share God’s love and his closeness with others. We are present for the people – in their joys and in their sufferings. Just like
Jesus was.

People search for meaning and support in their lives. For us, the answer to that search is our
Christian faith. What we believe is that God loves every human being. God supports us and
gives us a feeling of security. He takes care of us from the beginning to the end of our lives and
beyond.We celebrate our Faith in mass: baptisms, holy communion, weddings, blessings,
funerals....

The members of St. Marien parish are the children, the youth, singles, families and seniors.
They work together and respect each other. They trust one another and they are there for each
other. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and there is an openness towards new ideas.
Solemn masses, attractive offerings for children and families, first-class concerts, beautiful
festivities and direct help are offered with heartfelt sincerity.

out new life. Room is available for new groups and communities. In this haven, each is invited

This is what St. Marien stands for … seeing eyes
Many people in our city lead lives of loneliness, poverty, neglect or physical and spiritual misery. St. Marien is there for these men and women and acts on their behalf. The Hüttenberger
Mittagstisch (lunchtable), visits of the sick and homebound, our Christmas-Eve -event are only
a few examples. Helping is not always easy. But it is worth while. Service to our fellow men
(diaconia) is a challenge. We also work together with other service organisations.

Decisions in the city of Neunkirchen are being made by many. One among them is St. Marien.
The parish plays its part and makes its contributions. The parish shoulders responsibilities and
stands up for Christian values, be it in daycare facilities, in cooperation with child- and youth
services or with social institutions. Church music is one of the culturally enriching elements
for our city.

The world around us keeps changing. It takes courage to move into the future. St. Marien dares
to try new approaches, as in the „Momentum-Kirche am Center.“ But there are also hard decisions to be made. They regard our mass offerings, questions about our real estate and finances
... very difficult indeed! We ask for your understanding.
Still to come
It goes on. It will go on. Of importance on our way into the future: Common Sunday services
to strengthen our sense of community, to demonstrate our togetherness and oneness. St. Marien is expected to remain big and colorful. It is our job to foster existing communities and
start new ones that take into account the rich talents of our people.

Parafia Najświętszej Marii Panny (St. Marien) jest wspólnotą liczącą około 10.000 katolików ze
Śródmieścia Neunkirchen oraz dzielnic Heinitz i Sinnerthal. Wielu ludzi zaangażowanych
było w opracowanie przyszłego wizerunku parafii. - Ludzi młodych i starszych. Patronką parafii jest Najświętsza Maryja Panna. Dlatego motto tego opracowania stanowi „Magnificat“ NMP
z Ewangelii św. Łukasza (Łk 1, 46-55 - Magnifikat). Przekaz tego wizerunku powinien być
zrozumiały dla wszystkich. On sam zaś jest obowiązującym szkicem i motywacją w dążeniu do
wspólnych celów. Ma stanowić pomost ku przyszłości. Dla duchownych i ich świeckich
współpracowników jest drogowskazem, który mówi: „Tak oto wychodzimy na spotkanie Bogu
i ludziom.“ A wszystkim innym pokazuje: „Taka jest parafia St. Marien - z tym się utożsamia.“
Obraz ten powinien być żywy. W najbliższej przyszłości będzie należało szukać nowych dróg
do wytyczonych celów i konsekwentnie ku nim zmierzać. Wizerunek parafii będzie co pięć lat
weryfikowany przez Radę Parafialną i w miarę potrzeby aktualizowany.
O to dba Bóg
Bóg dba o każdego człowieka i kocha go takim, jakim on jest. Każdy człowiek jest dla Niego
ogromnie ważny. On obiecał nam: „Oto jestem!“. Bliskości i miłości Boga chrześcijanie doznają
w nabożeństwach, które przypominają im o Jezusie Chrystusie. Nabożeństwa są pulsem wiary
i drogowskazem. Sprawiają, że parafia St. Marien tętni życiem. Tą miłością i bliskością Boga
dzielimy się z innymi. Zawsze jestemy otwarci na ludzi - w chwilach radości i w cierpieniu. Tak jak Jezus Chrystus.

Ludzie poszukują sensu i oparcia. Wiara chrześcijańska jest dla nas odpowiedzią na te poszukiwania. Wierzymy, że Bóg kocha każdego człowieka. Bóg daje nam oparcie i poczucie
bezpieczeństwa. On troszczy się o nas ludzi, od chwili narodzin aż po kres życia ziemskiego,
jak i po nim. Wyrazem tej wiary są celebrowane w czasie nabożeństw: chrzty, komunia,
błogostawieństwa, pogrzeby, …

Filarami parafii są dzieci, młodzież, osoby samotne, rodziny i seniorzy. Wszyscy oni pracują
ręka w rękę, darząc się wzajemnym szacunkiem, zaufaniem i zrozumieniem. Serdeczność i
otwartość na nowe wyzwania są czymś oczywistym. Prosto z serca płynie gotowość do organizowania uroczystych mszy św., atrakcyjnych programów dla dzieci i rodzin, wspaniałych
koncertów, organizacja pięknych imprez czy bezpośrednia pomoc.

„Dom St. Marien“ jest wielki. Zamieszkują go i wypełniają życiem różne grupy. Ale jest w nim
ciągle jeszcze dość miejsca dla nowych wspólnot i ugrupowań. Każdy jest mile widziany. Każdy
znajdzie tu zacisze domowe i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Parafia pielęgnuje kontakty z innymi
wspólnotami religijnymi. Spotkania z nimi wzbogacają.

W naszym mieście żyje wielu ludzi samotnych, biednych, zaniedbanych, ludzi potrzebujących
wsparcia duchowego. St. Marien pamięta o nich i udziela im pomocy. Przykładem tego są
obiady przy ulicy Hüttenberg, wizyty duszpasterskie czyteż akcja wigilijna. Pomoc ta nie
zawsze jest łatwa. Ale warto się w nią angażować. Służba bliźniemu (diakonia) jest wyzwaniem.
Na tym polu współpracujemy z innymi instytucjami.

Życie w Neunkirchen kształtowane jest przez wiele podmiotów. Jednym z nich jest parafia St.
Marien, ona zabiera głos oraz interweniuje. Ona przejmuje odpowiedzialność i propaguje
wartości chrześcijanskie. Ma to miejsce w przedszkolach, w pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą, we
współpracy z placówkami użyteczności społecznej. Muzyka sakralna w naszej parafii
wzbogaca życie kulturalne miasta.

Wokół nas dokonuje się wiele przemian, które wymagają dużo odwagi na drodze ku dobrej
przyszłości. Parafia St. Marien nie boi się podejmować nowych wyzwań. Przykładem tego jest
chociażby „Momentum - Kościół w Centrum“. Niestety parafia musi również podejmować
niewygodne decyzje. Dotyczy to np. liczby nabożeństw, nieruchomości, finansów... Zadanie to
jest trudne, stanowi poważny problem i wymaga wielkiej wyrozumiałości.
To jeszcze przed nami. Trzeba iść do przodu.
Nasze priorytety w drodze ku przyszłości to: Uczestniczenie w niedzielnej mszy św. wzmacnia
poczucie naszej wspólnoty, co pokazuje wszystkim, że jesteśmy razem i jesteśmy jednością.
Parafia St. Marien powinna pozostać wielka i barwna. Zadaniem naszym jest wspieranie już
istniejących wspólnot i tworzenie nowych, z uwzględnieniem chęci, talentów i zainteresowań
wiernych.

Prefazione:
La parrocchia cattolica St. Marien, situata nel pieno centro di Neunchirken e precisamente
nelle frazioni di Heinitz e Sinnerthal, è una comunità di circa 10.000 cristiani cattolici.
Tante persone, giovani ed anziani, stanno seguendo un modello spirituale. Essendo la SS.
Maria la santa patrona della parrocchia, i fedeli si lasciano guidare dal magnificat dell’ Evangelo, dal Vangelo secondo Luca (Luca 1, 46-55). Il linguaggio è ben chiaro e ben comprensibile
per tutti e al tempo stesso è anche impegnativo. Vengono fornite al popolo ecclesiastico le
motivazioni per raggiungere obiettivi comuni. Esso rappresenta un ponte verso il futuro; viene
comunicato ai collaboratori principali e ai volontari: “Così incontriamo il Signore ed anche gli
uomini.” A tutti gli altri si vuol dire: “Questa è la parrocchia St. Marien. Questi sono gli ideali
seguiti dalla parrocchia.” Per comprendere a pieno il modello, esso deve essere vissuto.
Nei prossimi anni, l’obiettivo è ricercare i cammini in modo da raggiungere uno scopo preciso
e percorrerne la strada. Ogni cinque anni il modello verrà rivisto e, se necessario, aggiornato.
Questo vale per la parrocchia St. Marien: … braccia aperte:
La casa St. Marien è grande. Diversi gruppi ci abitano e la ravvivano. C’è ancora abbastanza
posto per nuove comunità e gruppi. Tutti sono i benvenuti. Qui si trova sostegno e accoglienza.
La parrocchia ha rapporti di buon vicinato con le altre comunità religiose. Gli incontri con essi
ci arricchiscono.
Questo piace al Signore:
Il Signore ama l’uomo. Gli vuole bene proprio com’è. Ogni uomo è importante per il Signore.
Lui ha promesso: “Ci sono Io.” I cristiani celebrano la presenza di Dio e il Suo Amore negli
uffici divini e agiscono nella memoria del Signore. I cristiani rappresentano i battiti del cuore
della fede, mantengono la parrocchia St. Marien viva e illustrano il cammino di fede. Noi,
fedeli, condividiamo la vicinanza e l’amore di Dio; stiamo qui per aiutare gli uomini – nella
gioia e anche nel dolore proprio come ha fatto Gesù Cristo, nostro Signore.

A Neunkirchen la vita viene determinata da tante persone. La parrocchia St. Marien ne fa

sostenendo i veri valori cristiani. Lo fa negli asili nidi e nelle scuole materne, lavorando con
bambini e giovani, collaborando con gli enti assistenziali … La musica sacra arricchisce la vita
culturale della città.

L’uomo cerca il senso e il sostegno. La fede cristiana ci fornisce le risposte. Riponiamo fiducia
in Dio: “Egli ama ogni uomo”. Dio dà il sostegno e la sicurezza. Lui pensa agli uomini dall’ inizio fino alla fine. Celebriamo questa fede negli uffici divini: il battesimo, la prima comunione,
il matrimonio, le sante benedizioni, le sepolture …

Bambini, giovani, single, famiglie e anziani sostengono la parrocchia St. Marien. Collaborano
con rispetto tutti assieme. Si fidano l’uno dell’altro e sono disponibili l’uno per l’altro.
Cordialità e apertura mentale sono gli elementi base. Le messe solenni, le offerte interessanti
per i bambini e le famiglie, gli splendidi concerti, le belle feste e l’aiuto immediato nascono dal
cuore.

Nella nostra città vivono delle persone sole, povere, trascurate o disagiate. La parrocchia St.
Marien intercede per queste persone e le sostiene. Hüttenberger Mittagstisch (pranzo quasi
gratuito per le persone bisognose), i servizi di visita, festa di Natale (organizzata per le persone
bisognose) ne sono l’esempio. Non è sempre facile sostenere tali persone, ma ne vale la pena, in
quanto ci si riempie il cuore d’amore. L’assistenza per gli altri (la diaconia) ci sfida.
Collaboriamo con gli altri enti assistenziali.

Intorno a noi molte cose cambiano. Sul cammino verso un futuro buono ci vuole del coraggio.
Nella parrocchia St. Marien le persone hanno il coraggio per provare attività nuove. “Momentum – Kirche am Center” (centro d’incontro parrocchiale) ne è l’esempio, non perdendo
d’occhio la gestione del numero degli uffici divini, i beni immobili parrocchiali, il finanziamento della parrocchia; tutto ciò è pesante, ci sfida e richiede la comprensione di tutti.
Questi sono gli impegni da superare ancora
A nostro parere un ufficio divino domenicale rafforza lo spirito di solidarietà. Ci mostra
la strada: Andiamo bene insieme. La parrocchia St. Marien deve rimanere grande e svariata.
Il nostro impegno è quello di sostenere le comunità esistenti e di formarne delle nuove.
A tal proposito, i talenti degli uomini assumono un ruolo di massima importanza.
