Salone dell’Arte e del Restauro di Firenze

Siamo lieti di invitarvi alla IV edizione del Salone dell’Arte e del
Restauro di Firenze che si terrà dal 13 al 15 novembre 2014 presso la
Fortezza da Basso. Una manifestazione che ancora una volta si
preannuncia come un evento di portata internazionale e di importante
significato per il restauro, la tutela e la salvaguardia del patrimonio del
nostro Paese, conosciuto e ammirato in tutto il mondo: i numeri previsti
per l'edizione 2014 prevedono 19.000 presenze, 160 Espositori (Stand e
Pannelli espositivi), Bookshop, Case editrici specializzate, Stand Istituzionali,
5 Sale Convegni, Eventi Culturali, Talking Corner, Area Arte, incontri B2B,
Mostre tematiche.
Nel corso degli anni, il Salone è andato arricchendosi sempre più di contenuti
scientifici e attività culturali, grazie agli accordi intrapresi a livello
internazionale e alle collaborazioni con personalità, aziende e enti eccellenti è
un evento di qualità al servizio della cultura. Punti di forza di questa edizione
saranno la contemporaneità con la 18^ Assemblea ICOMOS, il più
importante raduno triennale con 1500 delegati provenienti da tutto il mondo,
e il patrocinio di EXPO 2014 che conferiscono all'evento un respiro
internazionale e ne accrescono il valore culturale.
Il Salone promuove collaborazioni con Partner internazionali di alto
profilo e con la collaborazione dell’Agenzia ICE e di ICOMOS, organizza
per la giornata di sabato 15 novembre gli incontri B2B, volti ad
incentivare le sinergie tra le aziende italiane e quelle estere e ad informare
sulle ultime ricerche e tendenze.
Gli Espositori del Salone dell’Arte e del Restauro di Firenze potranno
partecipare gratuitamente agli incontri B2B.
Le modalità di partecipazione sono tante e le aziende potranno
scegliere la soluzione espositiva più adatta:
Come espositore acquistando uno spazio espositivo:

b) show box, dedicata alle dimostrazioni delle attività degli

collaborazione con la Fondazione Friends of Florence per un valore di 20 mila euro, a favore
di un intervento di restauro, conservazione e tutela di beni culturali della città;
“Florence youth & heritage FESTIVAL”, Patrimonio e Dialogo Interculturale: Il Ruolo dei
Giovani, promosso dalla Fondazione Romualdo del Bianco
- Life Beyond Tourism. Tre concorsi on-line (un contest fotografico, un contest grafico e un
concorso e database per lauree e tesi di ricerca). Il Festival avrà luogo con esposizioni ed
incontri a Firenze dal 10 al 13 novembre 2014, conclusione di un percorso in cui verranno
consegnati i numerosi premi.
Il Salone dell’Arte e del Restauro di Firenze come manifestazione certificata è
presente sul Calendario Internazionale delle Fiere .
Si prega di informarsi sui nuovi bandi emessi da Camere di Commercio e altri Enti
pubblici (Confesercenti, Confartigianato, CNA, ecc.) che possono promuovere contributi a
fondo perduto per le aziende che parteciperanno all’edizione 2014 del Salone.

Florence Art and Restoration Fair
Fortezza da Basso, 13 – 15 November
We are writing to invite you to the fourth International Art and
Restoration Fair in Florence which will take place from 13 to 15
November 2014 at the Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Centre. It will be
an event of extremely high relevance for the restoration, conservation and
preservation of our cultural heritage.
We are working in partnership with and are supported by many prestigious
national and international organisations. This year’s Fair will be bigger and
better than previous events with more scientific and cultural activities as part
of the programme. We are expecting over 20,000 visitors and already have
had confirmation of attendance from high profile, national and international
delegates.
In collaboration with ICE International Trade Institute and ICOMOS, the Fair
is organising B2B meetings for networking between Italian and
international companies on Saturday 15 November. As a result of the
above efforts, EXPO Milano 2015 are now among our long list of
patrons.
You may participate by attending, hiring an exhibition or desk space,
advertising or sponsorship. You are also welcome to organise a
cultural or scientific event. Please note that for all events to be approved
and exhibitions to be booked, we need to receive the relevant information
and documents before the various deadlines.

Highlights of 2014:
The 18th International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS)
General Assembly will take place at the same time as the Fair. Over 1500
international delegates will attend the organisations tri-annual meeting
The BtoB meetings will take place on Sunday 15th from 10.00 to 14.00
The Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage Activities and Tourism (MiBACT)
have confirmed attendance with an official stand and events
The Fair has the patronage EXPO 2015 SpA. the organisers of EXPO
Milano 2015
The “Friends of Florence – Florence Restoration Fair 2014 Prize” Award
Ceremony will take place during the Fair. 20.000 euros will be given to a
cultural heritage restoration project
The “Florence Youth & Heritage Festival” will take place at the same
time as the Fair. The Festival combines tradition and intercultural dialogue
with a focus on the role of young people. The are three online contests in
photography, graphic design and research databases and prizes will be
awarded during the Festival
The Art and Restoration Fair is part of the international calendar of
trade shows and exhibitions
