La crisi economica mondiale che ha caratterizzato gli ultimi anni ha messo a dura prova la maggior parte delle
aziende del nostro settore. La Greda è riuscita a superare con coraggio e determinazione questo difficile
momento, sviluppando modelli innovativi che evidenziano ancora una volta il genio creativo della nostra
azienda.
La candidatura alla XYLEXPO INNOVATION AWARDS è un’occasione che ci consente di presentare alcuni di
questi progetti innovativi, tra cui:

GIOTTO T4 – Centro di lavoro speciale per la lavorazione di tacchi.

ARGO MULTIPROCESS – Centro di lavoro speciale per la lavorazione di bobine porta cavi
Oltre ad una breve introduzione della nostra azienda, mettiamo a disposizione delle presentazioni di questi
centri di lavoro che saremo lieti di meglio illustrare personalmente durante la manifestazione Xylexpo presso il
nostro Stand n 10 – Pad. 2.

INTRODUCTION
GREDA inizia la propria attività nel 1981 a Mariano Comense nel cuore
dell'area tecnologica della produzione lombarda del mobile e nella culla del
design italiano (Brianza).
Il legame con il territorio è stato per l’azienda fondamentale, in quanto in
esso ha trovato l’humus vitale che ne ha permesso lo sviluppo e la crescita:
il confronto costante con la clientela e il trasferimento reciproco delle
esperienze di settore hanno contribuito a migliore e ad ampliare la gamma
dei macchinari offerti.
Accanto alla proposta di macchinari tradizionali, si affianca così una vasta
gamma di centri di lavoro a controllo numerico per la lavorazione non solo
del legno massello ma anche del pannello, della plastica e dell’alluminio.
In 1981 GREDA sets up the own activity in Mariano Comense, in the heart of
the technological area of the Lombard furniture and of the Italian design
(Brianza).
The location in this area has played an important role for the development
and the growth of the company: the steady relationship with the customers
and the exchange of learned sector experiences have contributed to improve
the production range.
Besides traditional machines, Greda started to offer a wide range of hightechnology CNC-machining centres not only for the solid wood sector, but
also for the panel, plastic and alluminium processing.

di software di programmazione quali Alphacam,
Vero, Auton, Sum3d etc.

GRUPPO OPERATORI
Giotto è equipaggiata di n°4 gruppi operatori. Ciascun gruppo è composto da n°2 elettromandrini a
doppia uscita, in modo da avere sempre 4 utensili pronti per le lavorazioni da eseguire sul pezzo. Le teste
operatrici possono ruotare rispetto al loro asse di 360° in modo continuo . L’asse rotatorio e interpolato
con gli assi lineari.
OPERATING UNITS
Giotto is equipped with n. 4 operating units. Each unit features n. 2 double-outlet motors in order to
ensure n. 4 tools ready to work for each piece. The operating units rotate 360° continuous and the
rotating axis is interpolated with the linear axes.

Flexibility: thanks to s complete computerized
system, it is possible to customize the wooden
reels.
Labour cost decrease : Argo Multiprocess is
fully computerized and there is no need of the
operator presence.
Reduction of tooling time : Argo Multiprocess
can shift from a 500 mm diam. wooden reel to
one of 2000 mm diam.
Programming: Argo Multiprocess is equipped
with Easy-Grecam: a programming software
especially engineered for wooden reels
processing. Dedicated Macros and the
possibility to import DXF file grant a fast
programming.

Argo Multiprocess is equipped with a full computerized piece loading, centering and unloading system.
According to the processing to be executed, Argo Multiprocess sets up automatically the loading and
unloading system according to the dimension of the piece to be processed.
Argo Multiprocess can be aligned with nailing systems.

This fixing unit features a bigsection piston for the
clamping/unclamping of the piece
The piece rotation is controlled by
Brushless motor, connected to an
epicyclical gear motor.

spindle each (boring, milling and routing etc) connected to
12-position magazines that operate at masked times in
order reduce dead working times.
