DESCRIPTION
Il sistema CLEAN_CNC è composto da una vasca o più vasche
di materiale plastico per separare le acque di processo di un
centro di lavoro a controllo numerico, da una centrifuga e da un
micro filtro. Su una vasca è installata una centrifuga tipo T6M
per la purificazione dell’acqua per il raffreddamento periferico
dell’utensile di lavoro, e su un’apposita spalliera un Micro
filtro per la purificazione dell’acqua per il raffreddamento del
mandrino. Il tutto funziona a circuito chiuso, in automatico,
durante il funzionamento del centro di lavoro. La vasca di
raccolta interrata (1) va collocata in prossimità del centro di
lavoro e con dei manicotti, l’acqua che esce dal piano di lavoro
va recuperata. Da qui tramite una pompa sommergibile viene
pompata nella centrifuga. La centrifuga tratterrà il solido
in sospensione e rilascerà l’acqua purificata nella vasca
sottostante (2) con grado di filtrazione pari a 5 μ. Questa sarà
l’acqua per uso di refrigerazione periferica dell’utensile di
lavoro, che una volta impiegata ricadrà nella vasca (1) e così
via. Dalla vasca (2) una seconda pompa sommergibile pescherà
l’acqua di prima purificazione e la processerà attraverso il micro
filtro che la purificherà al micron assoluto 0 μ. Quest’acqua
completamente purificata cadrà nelle cisternette 1 e 2 e da li
sarà impiegata per la refrigerazione interna del mandrino. Il
sistema si mette in funzione premendo il pulsante Start, e a
fine turno si pigerà Stop per terminare il ciclo. Il sistema non
si fermerà subito ma prima effettuerà il contro lavaggio del
micro filtro. A questo punto si può togliere tensione.
The system CLEAN_CNC is composed by one or more tank
that separate the process water of a CNC, a centrifuge and a
micro filter. On the top of one tank are installed a centrifuge
type T6M for water purification for peripheral cooling of the
working tool, and a Micro filter for the purification of water
for cooling of the spindle. It works automatically closed circuit
during operation of the CNC. One in floor pit will be located
near the CNC with sleeves: the water that comes out from the
work plan will be recovered in the water recovery tank (1). From
there, it is sent in the centrifuge by a pump. The centrifuge
will remove the solid in suspension and release the purified
water into the basin below (2) with a filtration equal to 5 μ.
This will be the water use for cooling work tool’s, which, once
employed, will fall into the tank 1 and so on. From the tank
2, a second pump will process the water of first purification
that will be process through the micro filter to purify to the
absolute micron 0 μ. This water completely purified will fall
in the thanks 1 and 2, and will be used for internal cooling of
the spindle. The system will go into operation by pressing the
“Start” button and at the end of turn you will press “Stop”.
The system will not stop immediately but first it will make the
backwash of the micro filter. At this point you can turn off the
power.
