Il sistema monoparete con guarnizione per
l'evacuazione dei fumi in pressione, generati da
apparecchiature alimentate da combustibili liquidi o
gassosi, risponde alle sempre maggiori esigenze di
garanzia di tenuta dei sistemi fumari.
- Il materiale utilizzato è l'acciaio inox AISI 316L
(DIN 1.4404) con diversi spessori (5-6-8/10 mm),
caratteristica che assicura la resistenza alla
corrosione dei fumi in pressione.
- Oltre ad avere il sistema di innesto rapido "a
bicchiere" (su richiesta si può avere anche la
fascetta di giunzione esterna), la serie MPG applica
una guarnizione siliconica rossa a tripla tenuta per
garantire la tenuta stagna tra i singoli elementi.
- La serie MPG si può utilizzare anche in
abbinamento alla serie DP, in quanto compatibile,
come canale da fumo per allacciare la canna

Il sistema monoparete con guarnizione per
l'evacuazione dei fumi in pressione, generati da

gassosi, risponde alle sempre maggiori esigenze di
garanzia di tenuta dei sistemi fumari.
- Il materiale utilizzato è l'acciaio inox AISI 316L
(DIN 1.4404) con diversi spessori (5-6-8/10 mm),
caratteristica che assicura la resistenza alla
corrosione dei fumi in pressione.
- Oltre ad avere il sistema di innesto rapido "a

Il sistema monoparete con guarnizione per
l'evacuazione dei fumi in pressione, generati da
apparecchiature alimentate da combustibili liquidi o
gassosi, risponde alle sempre maggiori esigenze di
garanzia di tenuta dei sistemi fumari.
- Il materiale utilizzato è l'acciaio inox AISI 316L
(DIN 1.4404) con diversi spessori (5-6-8/10 mm),
caratteristica che assicura la resistenza alla
corrosione dei fumi in pressione.
- Oltre ad avere il sistema di innesto rapido "a
bicchiere" (su richiesta si può avere anche la
fascetta di giunzione esterna), la serie MPG applica
una guarnizione siliconica rossa a tripla tenuta per
garantire la tenuta stagna tra i singoli elementi.
- La serie MPG si può utilizzare anche in
abbinamento alla serie DP, in quanto compatibile,
come canale da fumo per allacciare la canna
fumaria alla caldaia.
I prodotti della serie MP e MPG hanno superato
leverifiche tecniche effettuate dall'Istituto Giordano,
che ne ha testato:
- La resistenza al calore residuo dei fumi
- La corrosione della parete a contatto con i fumi
- La tenuta ai gas e alle condense.
MPG single wall sealed flues for fumes from liquid
or gas fuelled appliances respond to the growing
call for guaranteed tightness in fume removal.
- Use of AISI 316L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404) in
various thicknesses (5-6-8/10 mm) ensures
effective resistance to corrosion by positive
pressure fumes.
- OMPG flues feature a bell joint assembly system
(with optional outer joint clamps), as well as a triple
red silicon seal to ensure tightness between the
various flue sections.
- MPG flues can be used in conjunction with DP
flues, since they are suitable for connection to
boilers as fume exhausts.
MP and MPG flues have passed the Giordano
Institute’s strictest tests certifying:
- Resistance to residual fume heat
- Corrosion resistance of surfaces in contact with
fumes
- Gas and condensation tightness.

Il sistema doppia parete per fumi in pressione e depressione, generati da
apparecchiature alimentate da combustibili liquidi, solidi o gassosi, è
costituito da elementi modulari a sezione circolare, saldati al Laser o TIG.
- Le applicazioni del sistema DP sono sia di tipo civile che industriale.
- Grazie alle sue particolari caratteristiche tecniche, testate dall'Istituto
Giordano, la canna fumaria DP è adatta ad installazioni sia interne che
esterne.Il sistema di aggancio rapido "a bicchiere" permette una facile posa
in opera della canna fumaria.
I prodotti della serie DP hanno superato le verifiche tecniche effettuate
dall'Istituto Giordano, che ne ha testato:
- La resistenza al calore residuo dei fumi
- La corrosione della parete a contatto con i fumi
- La tenuta ai gas e alle condense
- La resistenza alla penetrazione dell'acqua piovana
- La resistenza meccanica a compressione, trazione e flessione.
Inoltre, le canne fumarie della serie DP non contengono né materiali tossici o
nocivi, né amianto.
- I materiali utilizzati per la parete interna sono l'acciaio inox AISI 316L (DIN
1.4404) con spessore 6/10 mm; la parete esterna è realizzata in acciaio inox
AISI 304 Finitura a specchio BA (DIN 1.4301) con spessore 6/10 mm oppure
in rame.
- La coibentazione intermedia utilizza coppelle ad alta densità in lana
minerale o fibra di ceramica di diverso spessore (25 o 50 mm). Questo
permette un efficace isolamento dalle più elevate temperature causate dai
fumi di combustione.
- Nel sistema DP viene fornita inoltre una fascetta di bloccaggio che assicura
giunzioni senza infiltrazioni dall'esterno, mentre la guarnizione
siliconica permette una sicura tenuta dei gas.
- La serie DP viene prodotta in una vasta gamma di diametri da 80 mm a 600
mm per rispondere in maniera sempre più ottimale alle esigenze dei clienti.
Tutte le accortezze tecniche adottate da F.lli Alberton per la produzione della
serie DP portano ad ottenere un prodotto solido e robusto dal punto di vista
meccanico e altamente affidabile.
DP double wall flues for positive and negative pressure fumes from solid,
liquid or gas fuelled appliances come in laser or TIG welded round section
modular elements.
- DP systems are suitable for civil and industrial applications.
- The special technical characteristics of DP flues, as tested by the Giordano
Institute, make them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
A bell joint assembly system ensures quick and easy installation.
DP flues have passed the Giordano Institute’s strictest tests certifying:
- Resistance to residual fume heat
- Corrosion resistance of surfaces in contact with fumes
- Gas and condensation tightness
- Resistance to rain water infiltration
- Mechanical compression, traction and flexure resistance.
DP flues do not contain toxic or harmful materials or asbestos.
- The inner wall is made from 6/10 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel (DIN
1.4404). The outer wall is made from 6/10 mm thick, BA mirror finish AISI
304 stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) or copper.
- Insulation between the walls is in the form of high density sheets of mineral
wool or ceramic fibre in various thicknesses (25 or 50 mm). This material
ensures effective insulation against even the highest temperatures conveyed
by the combustion fumes.
- DP flues come complete with locking clamps to ensure external infiltrationresistant joints, while silicon seals ensure effective gas tightness.
- DP flues are produced in a wide range of diameters from 80 to 600 mm to
cater effectively for all customer needs.
The technical solutions adopted by Fratelli Alberton in the manufacture of DP
flues ensure mechanical solidity and robustness as well as a high degree of
reliability.

Uso previsto del prodotto, in conformità alle norme applicabili: Sistema fumario per convogliare all’ esterno fumi
in pressione e depressione, generati da combustibili solidi e gassosi. Sistema camino a doppia parete metallica,
con intercapedine spessore 25 o 50 mm. Parete interna in acciaio inox AISI 316L spessore 5/10 o 6/10, parete
esterna in acciaio inox AISI 304 BA 0,6. Elementi assemblati mediante innesto maschio / femmina, fascette di
bloccaggio con guarnizione siliconica su tubo interno.
