REGOLAMENTO SPECIALE – SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
Art. 1 – Organizzazione - Organisation

organizza il giorno 8 Dicembre 2014 una manifestazione Internazionale cat. C2 e Nazionale di Ciclocross
denominata: Ciclocross del Ponte.
La lunghezza del percorso è di 2900 metri; nella piantina allegata sono indicati le installazioni previste per la
giuria, il controllo antidoping, il posti di pronto soccorso, la sala stampa, la direzione organizzazione , le
docce e il lavaggio biciclette.

The course length is 2900.meters in the attached map are shown the facilities provided for the jury, doping
control, first aid, press room, the management organization, showers and washing bicycles.
Art 2 – Tipo di prova – Kind of race
La gara è inserita nel calendario internazionale ciclocross UCI (C2), si disputerà secondo i regolamenti UCI e
assegnerà i seguenti punteggi:

Art 3 – Partecipazione - Participation
La prova è inserita nel calendario internazionale Classe 2 per le categorie elite e u23 (open) ,Juniores e
Donne (elite, u23, juniores), mentre per le categorie Esordienti m/f ,Allievi m/f e Amatori F1 e F2 ed Enti
della Consulta nel calendario regionale di interesse nazionale.
The race is part of the UCI international calendar for the following categories: Elite and U23 (open), Juniores,
Women, while for the athletes Esordienti m/w, Allievi m/w and Amateurs F1 and F2 and Enti della Consulta it
is part of the local calendar and National interest.
Art 4 – Apertura Segreteria – Opening Secretariat
La segreteria sarà aperta dalle ore 7.15 del giorno 8 Dicembre presso la Tensostruttura – via Gherle 2 – Faè
di Oderzo (TV).
The secretariat will be open from 7.15 of December 8th,2014 at Tensostruttura – via Gherle 2 – Faè di
Oderzo (TV).
Art 5 – Iscrizioni e ritrovo – Licences checking Headquarters
Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire entro il 6 Dicembre 2014 alle ore 24.00 tramite iscrizione su fattore k (ID
gara 66602 gara Internazionale – ID gara 66672 gara Nazionale).
L’omessa iscrizione provoca la mancata ammissione in corsa.
La società organizzatrice si impegna a comunicare tempestivamente la non accettazione dell’iscrizione. Viene
ritenuta valida la formula del silenzio assenso.
Entries must be received by December6th,2014 at 24:00 through “Fattore K” (ID code 66602. for
International race or ID code 66672 for National race).
The missing entries is the condition for not admittion at the race.
The organizer agrees to promptly notify the non-acceptance of enrollment. Will be considered valid the
formula of silent consent.
Per le categorie internazionali la verifica licenze è prevista il giorno 8 Dicembre 2014 dalle ore 11.30 alle ore
12.30 presso Tensostruttura – via Gherle 2 – Faè di Oderzo (TV).
La riunione tecnica con il collegio dei commissari e i diretti sportivi si terrà alle ore 12.30 del giorno 8
Dicembre 2014 .presso Tensostruttura – via Gherle 2 – Faè di Oderzo (TV).
For the international categories the licenses checking is scheduled on Decembre 8th, 2014 from 11.30 to
12.30 at the Tensostruttura – via Gherle 2- Faè di Oderzo (TV).
The technical meeting with the Commissaire Panel and the team manager will be held on Decembre 8th,
2014 from 11.30 to 12.30 at the Tensostruttura – via Gherle 2- Faè di Oderzo (TV).
Art. 6 – Operazioni di partenza – Departure operations
L’orario di partenza delle prove è il seguente :
The departure time of the races is as follows :
 09:00 – 09:20: Gara Promozionale Giovanissimi - Promotional Race (durata 20')
 09:40 - 10:10: Gara Esordienti 2° Anno M/F – National race (durata 30')
 10:30 - 11:00: Gara Allievi M/F – National race (durata 30')
 11.20 – 12.10: Gara Master M/F – Master M/W (durata 50')
 13:30 - 14:10: Juniores - Donne tutte– Juniores and Women (durata 40')
 14:45 - 15:45: Open - Elite - Under 23 – Open Men (durata 60’)
Art. 7 – Controllo medico – Antidoping control
Il controllo medico si svolge in base ai regolamenti UCI, della FCI del Ministero della Salute e si effettuerà
presso : Casa Barattin Giovanni – via Gherle 2° - Faè di Oderzo
The anti-doping control will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of UCI , the FCI and the
Ministry of Health and will take place at Casa Barattin Giovanni – via Gherle 2° - Faè di Oderzo
Art. 8 – Premi – Prizes
I premi verranno corrisposti secondo la seguente tabella UCI

Art. 9 – Assistenza Tecnica – Technical support
Nel percorso sarà presente un box doppio per l’assistenza tecnica dei corridori vicino al quale c’e un posto
per il lavaggio bici.
On the course there will be a double box for technical support for the riders near to a cleaning bike site.
Art. 10 – Docce – Showers
Le docce si trovano presso Centro Sportivo Faè di Oderzo a 2km dalla linea di arrivo.
The showers are located at Centro Sportivo Faè di Oderzo at 2km from the finish line.
Art. 11 – Classifiche – Classification
Tutti i corridori che tagliano il traguardo dopo il vincitore avranno terminato la corsa e saranno classificati
conformemente alla propria posizione.
Il corridore che abbandona deve immediatamente lasciare il percorso e non ha il diritto di superare la linea
d'arrivo.
Egli sarà indicato sull’ordine d’arrivo come “DNF” (Did Not Finish, vale a dire <non ha terminato la gara>), e
non guadagnerà alcun punto in tale prova.
I corridori doppiati devono terminare il giro nel corso del quale sono stati raggiunti e lasciare la prova
tramite una uscita situata prima dell’ultimo rettilineo.
Essi saranno classificati in funzione dell’ordine nel quale si sono ritirati dal percorso, il loro nome sarà
indicato sull’ordine d’arrivo con il numero di giri di ritardo accumulati

All riders crossing the finish line after the winner they are considered having finished the race and they will
be classified as their position on that moment.
The riders who will not finish the race must leave immediately the race course and they are forbidden to
cross the finish line; on the final standing they will be marked with DNF (Did Not Finish) and they will not be
given any point for the race.
Overlapped riders must finish the lap they are racing and then leaving the circuit by the exit located 200 mt.
before the finish line.
They will be classified in the order they left the race, their names will be indicated with the number of times
they have been overlapped.
Art. 12 – Cerimonia protocollare – Award ceremony
La cerimonia protocollare di ogni prova si svolgerà 10 minuti dopo l'arrivo dell'ultimo corridore.
The award ceremony will be held after the end of the race, 10 minutes after the finish of the last rider.
Art. 13 – Assistenza sanitaria – Medical support
Il servizio di assistenza sanitaria è composto da 1 medico e da 2.ambulanze.
Il pronto soccorso più vicino è quello di ASL9 di Oderzo.
Medical support is provided by 1 doctor and 2 Ambulances.
The closest Hospital with A&E department is located in Oderzo – ASL9
Art. 14 – Responsabilità – Responsibility
Nessuna responsabilità, di qualunque natura, per danni a persone od a cose derivanti da incidenti o per
illeciti compiuti dai partecipanti alla manifestazioni, può in alcun modo far capo all’organizzazione ed a coloro
che con la stessa collaborano. Per quanto non contemplato nel presente regolamento, vige il regolamento
dell’UCI e della FCI.
No liability of any kind for damage to persons or property resulting from accidents or offenses committed by
participants in the events, can in no way lead to head the organization and those who collaborate with the
same. Although not covered in this regulation, applies the regulation of the UCI and the FCI.
