2 REGOLE
2.1 La regata sarà disciplinata dalle Regole come definite
dal Regolamento di Regata ISAF 2013 – 2016.
Le Prescrizioni FIV e le Normative FIV sono da
considerarsi Regola.
2.2 Saranno applicate le regole di Classe.
2.3 In caso di conflitto fra lingue diverse prevarrà il testo
in lingua italiana.
2 RULES
2.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined
in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2013-2016
and by the current sailing regulations in force
defined by the FIV in Italy.
2.2 Class rules will apply.
2.3 In case of conflict between languages, the Italian
version of this NoR shall prevail.
3 PUBBLICITA'
3.1 Pubblicità libera, come da Regulation 20 ISAF.
3.2 I regatanti italiani che espongono pubblicità devono
presentare la licenza FIV all'iscrizione.
3.3 Il Circolo Organizzatore potrà richiedere alle
imbarcazioni di esporre bandiere e/o adesivi dello
sponsor, in accordo con la Regulation 20.4 ISAF.
Tale materiale andrà esposto dal 1° segnale d’avviso
fino alle fine delle regate.
3 ADVERTISING
3.1 The advertising is permitted according to ISAF
Regulation 20.
3.2 Italian sailors displaying advertising shall produce the
FIV authorization.
3.3 According to regulation 20.4 ISAF, the Organizing
Authority may ask competitors to display sponsor flag
and/or stickers. Flags or/and stickers shall be
displayed from the warning signal the first race until
the end of the races.

Nei giorni 22 e 23 agosto l'orario del segnale di avviso
della prima prova sarà esposto all’albo dei comunicati
entro le ore 20.00 del giorno precedente. In assenza di
comunicato sarà valido l’orario del giorno precedente.
The intended time of the first warning signal of August 22

and 23 will be posted on the official notice board before
19:00 the previous day. If no notice is displayed, starting
time will be the same as previous day.
E’ previsto un massimo di 9 (nove) prove, e potranno
essere disputate al massimo 3 prove al giorno.
9 (nine) races are scheduled. A maximum of 3 races per
day shall be sailed.
Uno scarto sarà applicato al compimento della quinta
prova, un secondo scarto sarà applicato al compimento
della nona prova.
Il Campionato sarà valido con un minimo di 4 prove
disputate.
Nessun segnale d’avviso sarà dato dopo le ore 16.00
dell’ultimo giorno di regate.
If 5 races will be completed there will be 1 discard. If 9
races will be sailed there will be 2 discards.
5 ELEGIBILITA'
4.1 La regata è aperta alle imbarcazioni della Classe
Contender.
4.2 I concorrenti dovranno essere in regola con
l'iscrizione alla Classe per l'anno 2014 ed essere
coperti da assicurazione RC secondo normativa e
massimali FIV (€ 1.000.000,00).
4.3 Come da Normativa FIV sono ammessi concorrenti
italiani in possesso di tessera FIV per l'anno 2014
regolarmente vidimata per la parte relativa alle
prescrizioni sanitarie ed i timonieri esteri in regola con
le proprie federazioni sportive.
4.4 La predetta documentazione, unitamente alla “licenza
per l’esposizione della pubblicità” (ove ricorra), dovrà
essere esibita alla segreteria del Circolo organizzatore
al momento del perfezionamento dell'iscrizione e,
comunque non oltre le ore 11.00 del 21 agosto 2014.
5 ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The race is open to the boats of the Contender
Class.
4.2 All competitor shall be current member of their
National Class Associations, and shall have third
party insurance with a minimum cover of €
1.000.000,00.

6 ISCRIZIONI
Le pre-iscrizioni dovranno pervenire alla segreteria del
circolo organizzatore entro il 30/07/2014, tramite la
registrazione sul sito: www.fragliavelariva.it
L'Ente Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà, a suo
insindacabile giudizio, di accettare o meno iscrizioni dopo il
termine previsto.
Tutte le iscrizioni andranno perfezionate, presso la
Segreteria del Circolo, entro le ore 11,00 del 20/08/2014.
6 ENTRY

7 TASSA D'ISCRIZIONE
La tassa d'iscrizione è fissata in € 120,00.

8 ISTRUZIONI DI REGATA
Le istruzioni saranno a disposizione presso la segreteria
del circolo all'atto dell'iscrizione.
8 SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Sailing instructions will be available at the race office at
registration.
9 SISTEMA DI PUNTEGGIO
Sarà in vigore l'Appendice A del RRS; il sistema di
punteggio adottato sarà quello Minimo.
9 SCORING
12.3 The Low Point System of Appendix ‘A’ will apply.
10 CONTROLLI DI STAZZA
Dal giorno 19 agosto ore 15 timbratura vele.
Potranno essere effettuati ulteriori controlli a discrezione
del C.d.R. durante e dopo le regate.
10 MEASUREMENTS

11 PREMI
Verranno premiati:
 i primi 5 equipaggi Overall;
 il Campione Nazionale Contender 2014;
 i primi delle categorie: Juniores, Class Master e
Femminile.
11 PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded to:
 Overall first 5 crews;
 The National Contender Champion 2014;
 The first classified of Juniores, Class Master and
Female.
The National Championship will be valid with a minimum of
4 valid races.
The last racing day no warning signal will be displayed
after 16:00.
