Descrizione
JLR - LL6 NMP - LAUNCH MANAGER. You will
ensure that the launch of every new model into production
and the market place is flawless. Managing a crossfunctional launch team, you’ll lead and work closely with
the very best engineers and specialists from across
advanced manufacturing, production operations, product
development, through purchasing and suppliers, to
marketing, sales and service, both in the UK and
Internationally. You’ll be responsible for ensuring worldclass quality in every aspect of your team’s work also
managing diverse project deliverables including, timing,
quality and cost. Driving the strategic development and
tactical deployment of launch plans, you’ll develop
significant programme budgets, champion the launch
review and governance process, and provide strategic
leadership and guidance across issue resolution, quality,
risk and change management. Proactively promoting
continuous process improvement, you’ll be a role model in
robust problem solving across a wide range of diverse
issues. You will be a good communicator both written and
verbal with a strong ability to present clear and concise
programme launch status with robust analysis to support
recommendations for senior management review and
decisions.

An impressive professional track record – ideally including
managing the launch of a major vehicle programme or
facility into production. Demonstrate advanced knowledge
and experience of working with multi discipline teams
including Manufacturing Engineering, Production
operations, Quality, Product Development and the supply
base. Have experience, at a management level, of
launching a major model or product into production. You
will ideally have knowledge and a background in a range
of automotive technologies. You must have proven
expertise in the management of a variety of launch
activities, people and suppliers. You have a demonstrable
ability to build strong internal and external relationships,
with a proven track record of negotiation to secure
excellent results. You are a motivational leader, with
proven expertise in project management, and a flair for
leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
You demonstrate a high level of personal drive and
resourcefulness, together with the ability to operate
confidently under pressure with a minimum of supervision
at times.
