Board Zo Senec ‘Club Italia’

Cari soci,
abbiamo ricevuto da SZCH la richiesta di
provvedere entro il prossimo 31 gennaio al
rinnovo delle cariche del Board che resterà
quindi in carica per la durata di 4 anni come da
regolamento SZCH.
Dear members,
we received from SZCH the request to held the
elections of a new Board within next 31st of January.
The new Board shall hold office for a period of 4 years
according to SZCH rules.
Ci è stato inoltre richiesto da SZCH di
comunicare entro la prima metà di febbraio sia i
membri del nuovo Board che la lista completa
dei soci del club. Per questo motivo questa volta
contrariamente al solito vi chiediamo di
regolarizzare il rinnovo per l’anno 2014 prima
della abituale scadenza del mese di febbraio.
SZCH has also requested us to send the new Board
members and the complete directory of current Club
members for year 2014 within the first half of
February. For this reason we ask to all our members to
regularize their membership renewal before the usual
deadline of February.
Infine per quanto riguarda la consueta assemblea
del club che si terrà ad inizio estate sarete
chiamati a scegliere tra 3 date disponibili :
- 28/29 Giugno
- 12/13 Luglio
- 2/3 Agosto
Anche per questa decisione sarà attivata a breve
una votazione sul sito della segreteria.
Last but not least as usual we will have our Club
general assembly in early summer, all members will
choose between 3 available dates:
- 28th/29th of June
- 12th/13th of July
- 2nd/3rd of August
A poll for this decision will be activated soon on
secretariat website too.
Rinnovo associazione al club
Membership renewal
I soci che desiderano rinnovare la associazione
al club sono pertanto invitati a pagare la quota,
che rimane invariata a 20€ anche per il 2014, ed
inviare alla segreteria la ricevuta del pagamento
ENTRO il 31/1/2014.
All Club members who wish to renew their
membership are therefore invited to pay the 20€ fee,
still unchanged for year 2014, and send the payment
receipt to the secretary BEFORE the 31st of January
2014.

vostro COGNOME e NOME. Se il pagamento
fosse relativo alle quote di più soci nello stesso
versamento si prega di elencare tutti i soci per i
quali si esegue il pagamento.
Reason for payment should ALWAYS be indicated as
"yearly fee Club Italia - year 2014" followed by your
FIRST NAME and FAMILY NAME. If the payment
includes fees for more members please list all
members for which you are paying.
Ai soci che non provvederanno ad eseguire il
pagamento e che non avranno inviato alla
segreteria la ricevuta dell’avvenuto pagamento
entro la scadenza indicata non sarà consentito
esprimere il voto o candidarsi a uno dei ruoli.
All members that will not provide to payment and/or
will not send payment receipt to the secretary within
the established deadline will not be eligible to vote for
Board elections nor their applications for any Board
positions could be considered.
Chi rinnovasse la propria associazione oltre il
termine stabilito dovrà pagare la quota
maggiorata di 40€. Nel frattempo il socio non
sarà comunque considerato come attivo, non
potrà richiedere documenti e non avrà accesso al
sito della segreteria.
The members who will renew their association after
the deadline will have to pay the increased fee of 40 €.
In the meantime, however, they will not be considered
as active members, can not request any documents and
will not have access to the website of the secretariat.
I soci che non desiderassero rinnovare la propria
associazione sono cortesemente pregati di
inviare entro la scadenza del prossimo 31
gennaio una comunicazione tramite email alla
segreteria annunciando le proprie dimissioni.
Members who do not wish to renew their association
are kindly requested to submit within 31st of January
deadline a communication via e-mail announcing their
resignation.
