Reagent containers: 19 plastic tanks resistant to solvents, capacity 2.7-liter, 10 tanks dedicated to process
reagents, 2 dedicated to washing liquids 4 dedicated to paraffin (plus 1 reserve tank for paraffin), 2 tanks
dedicated to Activated charcoal dedicated suck the fumes .
Process chamber made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Paraffin temperature: adjustable from 52° to 65°C f or
paraffins (tolerance ± 1°C).
An automatic system for the loading and unloading of reagents,
allows the emptying and subsequent filling of the reagents tanks
without removing them from the instrument
A purification system of paraffin (WCC) allows to increase the life to the extent
of about 50%; this system will remove the reagents previous paraffins
from all the paraffin tanks. The removal takes place thanks to an air
flow, which is bubbled directly into paraffin tanks
The reagent removed during the WCC is filtered and retained by the
coal filter.

System description
The automatic processor VTP300 is a vacuum underfloor processor designed for histopathological work
routine.
To make easier the use and the maintenance, the instrument is distinguished by a high standard construction.
During the process all steps and actions are displayed on the display: the current phase , the current actions
(load, unload, etc.), the process chamber temperature and hot paraffin chamber, the process chamber pressure,
the date and the time of ending process and other information designed to make the use of the instrument
easier.
The working capacity of 300 samples per cycle ensures a high daily productivity, while still providing a high
quality of the final product.
The instrument has two sample racks with 150 stainless steel places with dividers and lid.
