L’AZIENDA
La Cooperativa CELSA è nata il 6 giugno 1945.
Oggi è un’azienda leader nel settore delle costruzioni ed opera a livello nazionale, soprattutto in
Friuli Venezia Giulia e in Veneto.
La CELSA è un’ impresa di costruzioni generali specializzata nell’esecuzione di opere pubbliche e private nel campo dell’edilizia civile, industriale, restauri, ristrutturazioni e recuperi, opere speciali in cemento
armato, fognature, strade, restauro edifici monumentali fino ad un importo di € 15.000.000.
Il suo staff, l’organizzazione tecnico-amministrativa ed un patrimonio che ha superato l’importo di
€ 7.000.000, le permette di organizzare, impostare e dirigere anche lavori particolarmente importanti e
complessi comprese l’attività di Project Financing.
E’ in possesso della certificazione di qualità UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 (Certificato I.C.I.C. N° 777/SGQ/
EA28–01), e ha ottenuto l’attestazione S.O.A. (Attestazione CQOP SOA N° 23595/10/00).
I suoi bilanci sono certificati da Società Internazionali.
Negli ultimi anni la Celsa ha raggiunto una produzione media annua di € 10.000.000,00
THE COMPANY
CELSA Cooperative was born on 6 June 1945.
Today it is a leading enterprise in the construction sector, working at the national level, with a concentration
on the areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia and in Veneto.
CELSA is a general construction company that specialises in public and private works in the
areas of civil, industrial, restoration, renovation and recovery construction, in special projects, as well as in
reinforced concrete works, sewers, roads and the restoration of buildings of historic importance up to a budget of
€ 15,000,000.
Thanks to its staff, its technical and administrative structures and assets amounting to over € 7,000,000,
CELSA is able to organise, project and run major and complex projects and offer Project Financing.
The company holds UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality certification (Certificate I.C.I.C. N° 777/SGQ/EA28–
01), and has attained the S.O.A. award (CQOP SOA Award N° 23595/10/00).
Its financial reports are certified by international companies.
Over recent years, CELSA has reached average annual production levels of €10,000,000.00.
STORIA - HISTORY
La CELSA è stata fondata il 6 giugno 1945 da un “industriale”, un muratore e 12 braccianti che costituirono la
“COOPERATIVA EDILE DI SAN MICHELE AL TAGLIAMENTO A RESPONSABILITÀ LIMITATA”. L’Italia è un paese
distrutto dopo la seconda guerra mondiale.
La CELSA nasce per dare opportunità , lavoro e speranza ai propri soci accompagnando il processo di ricostruzione civile ed economico dell’Italia: “Procurare
lavoro, dare lavoro e crescere insieme nel lavoro”.
CELSA was founded on 6 June 1945 by an “entrepreneur”, a bricklayer and twelve labourers who together
constituted the “SAN MICHELE AL TAGLIAMENTO CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE LIMITED”. At the time, Italy stood in ruins at the end of the Second World War.
CELSA’s mission was to provide opportunity, work and
hope to its members, accompanying Italy’s process of
civil and economic reconstruction: “Obtaining work,
providing jobs and growing through joint labour”.
Negli anni ‘50 aumentano i rapporti con le committenze private. Viene costruita a San Michele al Tagliamento
la sede sociale della Cooperativa. La CELSA coglie l’opportunità offerta dal boom immobiliare di Bibione.
Nel 1963 partecipa alla gara di solidarietà per i sopravvissuti e i familiari delle vittime della sciagura
del Vajont. Nel 1966 realizza le opere di ripristino dei
manufatti del Consorzio di Bonifica di San Michele al
Tagliamento danneggiati dall’alluvione.
A metà degli anni ‘70 la Cooperativa assume l’attuale
denominazione: “C.E.L.S.A. - Cooperativa Edile Lavori
Sterro e Affini” e si iscrive all’Albo dei Costruttori Edili.
The ‘50s saw growth in orders from the private sector.
The headquarters building of the cooperative was built
in San Michele al Tagliamento. CELSA was able to benefit from the opportunity offered by the construction
boom at the Bibione resort on the Adriatic.
In 1963 the cooperative participated in the tenders of
solidarity for the survivors and relatives of the victims
of the Vajont Dam disaster. In 1966 it carried out restoration work on installations of the Land Drainage Consortium at San Michele al Tagliamento that had been
damaged by flooding. In the mid-1970s the cooperative
adopted its present name: “C.E.L.S.A. - (Dig and Similar
Works - Construction Works Cooperative)” and registered with the Register of Building Constructors.
Negli anni ‘70 la CELSA è protagonista della ricostruzione di Venzone (città monumento nazionale) dopo il
terremoto che colpisce il Friuli nel Maggio 1976.
Negli anni ‘80 si specializza nella costruzione di scuole,
edifici residenziali e edifici commerciali, aumentando
la partecipazione a gare per appalti pubblici e privati.
Negli anni ‘90 rinnova l’intero apparato produttivo con
l’immissione di giovani soci e sviluppa nuove competenze. Nel 1993 trasferisce la sede legale in via Rocca a
Latisana ed è protagonista di uno tra gli interventi più
significativi nel settore dei lavori pubblici: la ristrutturazione delle carceri di Trieste, città dove oggi è presente con una filiale.
During the ‘70s, CELSA played a leading role in reconstruction of the town of Venzone, a national heritage
area that was struck by the Friuli earthquake of May
1976. During the ‘80s, the cooperative specialised in
constructing schools, residential and commercial buildings, increasing its participation in private and public
tenders. During the ‘90s the cooperative renewed its
entire productive division through the entry of young
members, while developing new skill areas. In 1993
the company’s registered offices moved to via Rocca
in Latisana; the cooperative played a lead role in one
of the major public works contracts: the renovation of
the prisons in Trieste. The company has now opened a
branch office in that city.

realtà che dispone del giusto know - how per gestire
importanti Project Financing e rilevanti iniziative nella
promozione e costruzione “chiavi in mano” di strutture
commerciali e di servizio.
In un mercato in evoluzione, l’efficienza, la correttezza
e il dinamismo proiettano la CELSA verso un futuro di
nuove sfide ed opportunità, per continuare a crescere
insimeme ai suoi soci.
