Dal Porto di Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti) con mezzi pubblici: autobus CTM linea PF, con taxi.

In auto dal Porto di Cagliari, procedere in
direzione sudest da Via Roma verso Largo Carlo
Felice, continuare su Viale Armando Diaz,
continuare su Ponte Vittorio. Svoltare
leggermente a sinistra in Viale Poetto e svoltare
nuovamente a sinistra per rimanere lungo Via
Lungo Le Saline. Superando le rotonde si lascia
Cagliari e si percorre il Poetto di Quartu
Sant’Elena, arrivati all’ultima rotonda del
Lungomare prendere l’uscita 1° in direzione
Villasimius per Via Leonardo da Vinci.
Continuare a seguire la Via Leonardo da Vinci
(SP17) per circa 3 Km. Girare a destra in Via Lipari
e girare a sinistra in Via S'Oru e Mari, il
parcheggio si trova sulla destra.

Carlo Felice, continue on Viale Armando Diaz,
continue on Ponte Vittorio. Turn slight left onto
Viale Poetto and turn left again to stay along Via
Lungo Saline. Overcoming the round you leave
Cagliari and go along the Poetto of Quartu
St.Elena, arrived at the last round of the
Promenade, take the exit 1° towards Villasimius
per Via Leonardo da Vinci.
Continue to follow the Via Leonardo da Vinci
(SP17) for about 3 km. Turn right into Via Lipari
and turn left on Via S'Oru e Mari, the parking lot
is on the right.

Trasporto Pubblico dall'Aeroporto di Cagliari/Public Transport from Cagliari Airport
Usciti dal terminal passeggeri andare verso la
stazione ferroviaria e prendere il treno per
Cagliari Piazza Matteotti.
Oppure, all'uscita dell'aeroporto troverete la
fermata del bus ARST che porta alla Stazione
Centrale di Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti).
Da Piazza Matteotti prendere l'autobus CTM
(linea PF direzione Quartu Sant'Elena) che in circa
30 minuti raggiunge la fermata di fronte al Qt
Hotel.
L'autobus PF porta alla spiaggia del Poetto,
alla stazione centrale di Cagliari, al porto e al
centro città.
Dall’aeroporto Cagliari-Elmas in treno sino alla
stazione Centrale di Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti)
quindi con autobus CTM linea PF, con taxi, con
bus ARST che collega l'aeroporto con la stazione
centrale di Cagliari e da lì l'autobus CTM (linea
PF).

Prendere l’uscita in direzione Cagliari-SS 554
Quartu Sant’Elena-SS 131 Sassari. Seguire la
direzione Ospedale-SS 554-SS 131-SS 125SASSARI. Proseguire sulla SS 554, la strada statale
conduce fuori dal territorio di Cagliari,
attraversarla tutta superando gli svincoli per
Monserrato, Selargius, Quartu S.E., Quartu Pitz’e
Serra. Dopo l’ultimo semaforo della SS 554 si
arriva alla rotonda detta “del Margine Rosso”,
percorrerla e prendere la 3° uscita in direzione
Villasimius continuando su Via Leonardo da Vinci
(SP 17) per circa 3 Km. Girare a destra in Via Lipari
e girare a sinistra in Via S'Oru e Mari, il
parcheggio si trova sulla destra.
Take the exit for SS 554 Cagliari to Quartu
Sant’Elena-SS 131 Sassari. Follow direction HospitalSS-554 SS-131 SS-125 SASSARI.
Continue on Route 554, the main road leading
out of the territory of Cagliari, cross overcoming all
the exits for Monserrato, Selargius, Quartu SE,
Quartu Pitz'e Serra.
After the last traffic light of the SS 554 there is
the roundabout called "the Red Margin", follow it
and take the 3rd exit towards Villasimius continuing
on Via Leonardo da Vinci (SP 17) for about 3 km.
Turn right into Via Lipari and turn left on Via S'Oru e
Mari, the parking is on the right.

Friday, May 1: Zafarrancho welcome and overnight stay in Cagliari.
Saturday, May 2: breakfast, guided visit to the Nuraghe Arrubiu, navigation
on Lake Antonio Maxia and buffet on board, Zafarrancho gala in Lanusei
and overnight stay.
Sunday, May 3: breakfast, guided visit to the Caves Su Marmuri,
Zafarrancho in Sadali, farewell Zafarrancho and overnight stay.
Fee includes all bus transfers for the days 2nd and 3rd May.
Everything that is not indicated as included must be paid separately like all
overnight stays and meals prior to 1st May and all those following May 3rd.
Transfers to and from the airport are not included in the individual fee, as
well as does not include any costs associated with participation at the
festival of Sant'Efisio.
Is excluded from participation fee also city tax stay, which, if be applied,
will have to be paid separately in the hotel.
The reservation form completed and signed must be sent, last time,
February 28 to [email protected] together with a copy of the bank
transfer certifying the payment.
La quota di partecipazione individuale è pari a 500,00 Euro/cad per chi
viene da oltre Tirreno e pari a 300,00 Euro/cad per i residenti in Sardegna
che non pernotteranno in Qt Hotel la notte del 1° maggio.
Gli interessati sono pregati di prenotare entro il 28 febbraio inviando una
caparra di 250,00 Euro a persona che verrà resa per intero in caso di
disdetta entro il 30 marzo e al 50% entro e non oltre il 15 aprile 2015.
La quota di partecipazione individuale comprende quanto segue.
Venerdì 01 maggio: Zafarrancho di benvenuto e pernottamento in Hotel a
Cagliari.
Sabato 02 maggio: prima colazione, visita guidata al Nuraghe Arrubiu,
navigazione sul Lago Antonio Maxia e buffet a bordo, Zafarrancho di gala a
Lanusei e pernottamento in hotel.
Domenica 03 maggio: prima colazione, visita guidata alle Grotte Su
Marmuri, Zafarrancho a Sadali e Zafarrancho di commiato, pernottamento
in hotel.
Nella quota sono compresi tutti i trasferimenti in bus dei giorni 02 e 03
maggio.
Tutto ciò che non è indicato come compreso va pagato separatamente
come per esempio tutti i pernottamenti e pasti antecedenti il 1° maggio e
tutti quelli seguenti il 03 maggio.
I trasferimenti da e per l’aeroporto non sono compresi nella quota
individuale, così come non sono compresi gli eventuali costi connessi con la
partecipazione alla sagra di Sant’Efisio.
E’ esclusa dalla quota di partecipazione anche l’eventuale tassa di
soggiorno che, se applicata, dovrà essere pagata in Hotel separatamente.

la festa di sant’efisio/ the feast of sant’efisio
Ogni anno, dal primo al quattro di maggio, la festa di
Sant’Efisio riunisce i fedeli, gli abiti tradizionali e i colori di
tutta la Sardegna in una processione commovente e
grandiosa.
Parte dalle stradine di Stampace, nel centro di Cagliari,
gremite di folla e trasformate in un tappeto di petali di fi ori,
per arrivare alla spiaggia di Nora e quindi tornare alla
chiesetta da cui è partita.
È un lunghissimo pellegrinaggio con migliaia di devoti
venuti da ogni parte dell’Isola, che sfi lano a piedi, a cavallo o
sulle traccas, i carri trainati dai buoi e ornati di fi ori e frutta.
Non è solo la più grande manifestazione religiosa, della
cultura e dell’identità della Sardegna: è soprattutto una
Promessa solenne fatta l’11 luglio 1652 dalla città al suo
protettore.
Da allora è sempre stata onorata, ogni primavera, per più
di 350 anni, con profonda devozione e gratitudine sincera.
Each year, from 1st to 4th May, the Feast of Sant’Efisio
assembles the devoted to the Saint, the traditional dresses
and the colours of entire Sardinia in a moving and grand
procession.
The cortege starts from the narrow streets of Stampace
neighborhood in the centre of Cagliari, crowded with people
and transformed
into a carpet of fl ower petals, and reaches the beach of
Nora, to return back to the small church from where it
started.
A very long pilgrimage with thousands of devout people
from all over the island, who proceed on foot, on horseback
or riding in the traccas, the old country carts drawn by oxen
and decorated with fruit and fl owers.
It is not only the main religious, cultural and identity
event of Sardinia, it is, above all, the fulfi llment of a solemn
promise made on 11th July 1652 by the city to its patron.
From then, each Spring, it has been always honoured, for
more than 350 years, with deep devotion and sincere
gratitude.

Nel 1652 in Sardegna infuriava la peste.
Le autorità cittadine chiesero aiuto con un Voto solenne a
Sant’Efisio martire.
Era un militare romano che, appena prima di essere giustiziato
per la sua fede, aveva promesso di proteggere per sempre
Cagliari e i suoi cittadini.
Con il Voto, la città si impegnava a portare ogni anno la statua
del Santo in processione, dal luogo in cui Sant’Efi sio era stato
incarcerato, nel quartiere di Stampace, fino alla spiaggia di Nora,
a occidente sul golfo, dove aveva subìto il martirio. La peste finì.
Da allora Cagliari ogni anno scioglie il suo Voto.
Dall’anno della peste il Santo è stato invocato molte volte e,
nella salvezza, i cittadini di Cagliari hanno sempre visto il suo
intervento.
È per ciò che Sant’Efisio e la città sono legati indissolubilmente:
dall’amore, dalla venerazione e dalle reciproche promesse,
intrecciate e rispettate da secoli.

In 1652 the plague was raging in Sardinia.
The city authorities sought aid making a solemn vow to
Sant’Efisio, the martyr, a Roman soldier who, just before
being executed because of his faith, had promised to protect
for ever Cagliari and its inhabitants.
With this vow, the municipality promised to take the statue
of the Saint in procession from the place where Sant’Efisio
was imprisoned, in the neighborhood of Stampace, to the
beach of Nora, on the gulf to the West of the city, where he
suffered martyrdom. The plague ended. Since then, every
year Cagliari fulfi lls its vow.
Since the year of the plague, the Saint has been invoked
many times, and in their salvation, the citizens have always
seen his intervention.
This is because Sant’Efisio and the city are truly bound
together: by love, veneration and mutual promises, made
and fulfilled over the centuries.
