MILAN – WALKING TOUR
Walking tour of Milano, the Expo 2015 city.
Enjoy strolling in the streets of this beautiful city. A tour guide will lead you through the city and will make you
discover enchanting monuments, palaces, piazzas, castles and churches: Piazza Duomo, Duomo (only from the
outside), Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza della Scala, Piazza San Fedele e Palazzo Marino, Piazza Belgioioso and
Manzoni’s house (from the outside), Piazza Mercanti, Cordusio, Via Dante , Castello Sforzesco (from the outside +
internal gardens).

The Dome (entrance not included)
An exceptionally large and elaborate Gothic cathedral on the main square of
Milan, the Duomo di Milano is one of the most famous buildings in Europe. It is
the largest Gothic cathedral and the second largest Catholic cathedral in the world.
Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery
Together with Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga,the Gallery is considered
one of the main luxury shopping areas of the city, with its prestigious fashion
shops, cafès and restaurant.
Piazza della Scala
This Piazza hosts undoubtedly the most famous building lining the square is
the Teatro alla Scala, one of the world's most famous theatres
Castello Sforzesco (external part + internal gardens)
Milan's most famous and much beloved monument - the big Castle is linked to the
vicissitudes and dramatic events that the city has been experiencing over the past
centuries.
The tour will take place on September 17th and will be made with a minimum number of 8
participants.
