1. I criteri e le modalità di selezione degli Artisti
verranno decisi in modo esclusivo e insindacabile da
una Commissione Artistica appositamente designata
dal Comitato Organizzatore.

8.Per partecipare alla Selezione di “ I n t o t h e M u s i c ” ,
è necessario compilare il modulo di iscrizione e
inviarlo o consegnarlo, con gli allegati richiesti a:

2. A questa k e r m e s s e a c a r a t t e r e i n t e r n a z i o n a l e d i
m u s i c a l e g g e r a possono partecipare c a n t a n t i s o l i s t i
e g r u p p i v o c a l i , che presentino una c o v e r i n l i n g u a
internazionale sui messaggi astratti che l’Expo
2015 vuole promuovere: incontro e dialogo tra le
diverse identità culturali e sociali del mondo, la
fede, l’umanità, il credo, le tradizioni, la
comunità, il sociale, l’universalità, la fratellanza,
il mondo, la gioventù, la natura.
Lo scopo della manifestazione è scoprire,
valorizzare e promuovere al grande pubblico
nuovi talenti.
3. L’ammissione al Festival si effettuerà tramite l a
sottoscrizione ed invio del modulo che trovate
nelle pagine successive e sarà efficace al
momento del pagamento della somma di euro
5 0 , 0 0 ( e u r o c i n q u a n t a ) . Sarà possibile effettuare il
pagamento tramite bonifico bancario intestato a
Proloco Bergamo.

4. Le tempistiche da osservare sono le seguenti:
- e n t r o i l 2 8 f e b b r a i o 2 0 1 5 : termine ultimo per
l’invio del materiale suddetto e per la partecipazione
alla selezione (farà fede il timbro postale);
- e n t r o i l 1 5 m a r z o 2 0 1 5 : tutti coloro che avranno
inviato il materiale per l’iscrizione riceveranno una
comunicazione relativa all’ammissione/non ammissione
per partecipare alla serata dell’1 maggio.
I concorrenti ammessi dovranno inviare e n t r o i l 3 1
m a r z o 2 0 1 5 la base del brano che eseguiranno con la
tonalità esatta in quanto la band ne ha necessità per
preparare al meglio l’accompagnamento al brano.
La kermesse canora sarà così strutturata:
-Venerdì 1 e sabato 2 maggio 2015: SERATE
ELIMINATORIE
Esibizione dei concorrenti selezionati che presenteranno un brano ciascuno.
-Domenica 3 maggio 2015: FINALE
Esibizione dei finalisti che presenteranno un brano.
Assegnazione Premio “Into the Music” ed eventuali
premi speciali a discrezione della Giuria.
5. Nell’ambito della propria esibizione, ogni Artista
presenterà dal vivo u n a c o v e r accompagnato da una
band.
La compilazione deve avvenire in tutte le sue
parti, in stampatello, in modo chiaro e leggibile e
il modulo deve essere debitamente firmato.
Termine ultimo per l’invio del materiale: 2 8 f e b b r a i o
2015.
L’iscrizione al Festival sarà ritenuta valida solo se
completa di tutto il materiale richiesto:
-u n a r e g i s t r a z i o n e e s e g u i t a d a l c o n c o r r e n t e i n
qualsiasi lingua;
-breve biografia dell’Artista;
-n°1 fotografia a colori dell’Artista;
-fotocopia del documento d’identità dell’Artista,
oltre a quello del genitore, se l’Artista è
minorenne;
-ricevuta (o fotocopia) del pagamento di 50,00
euro.
La Commissione di selezione provvederà a
selezionare gli Artisti in gara solo fra coloro la
cui iscrizione sarà completa di tutti i materiali
sopra citati.
9 . I l P r e m i o I n t o t h e M u s i c s a r à c o n f e r i t o, s u
decisione
della
Giuria
tecnica,
ad
un
solo
concorrente/gruppo partecipante. Il Premio del
Pubblico sarà conferito al concorrente/gruppo che
riceverà più voti tramite il servizio sms voting
effettuato dal pubblico durante le due serate;
ulteriori
riconoscimenti
saranno
assegnati
a
discrezione del Comitato Organizzatore.
10. In caso di sospensione o interruzione anticipata
del
Festival,
ciascun
Artista
che
vi
partecipa
avrà
diritto
al
recupero
del
costo
d’iscrizione.
11. È richiesto un abbigliamento che sia
consono al Festival, possibilmente elegante.
12. Le spese di viaggio e soggiorno sono a carico
degli Artisti.

d o c u m e n t o d i r i c o n o s c i m e n t o va l i d o e c o n r e l a t i v o
materiale per la propria esibizione.
14. Il Comitato Organizzatore si impegna ad
o s s e r va r e t u t t e l e d i s p o s i z i o n i e m a n a t e d a l l a S . I . A . E .
in materia di manifestazioni analoghe.
15.
Il
Comitato
Organizzatore
si
riserva
espressamente, in caso di inadempienza al
seguente regolamento, di poter escludere dalla
manifestazione canora, in qualsiasi momento e
senza
rimborso alcuno, l’inadempiente o gli
inadempienti.

Organizzatore di non violare con la loro esibizione
diritti di terzi e tolgono a quest’ultima ogni
responsabilità.
1 7 . E ’ f a c o l t à d e l C o m i t a t o O r g a n i z z a t o r e r e g i s t ra r e
e / o r i p r e n d e r e e / o f a r r e g i s t ra r e e / o f a r r i p r e n d e r e e
diffondere da terzi una o più fasi della kermesse, a
livello
televisivo,
audiovisivo,
fotografico
e
fonografico.
E’
inoltre
facoltà
del
Comitato
Organizzatore abbinare alla manifestazione e/o alla
d i f f u s i o n e t e l e v i s i va e / o ra d i o f o n i c a d e l l o s t e s s a u n a
o p i ù i n i z i a t i v e a c a ra t t e r e p r o m o - p u b b l i c i t a r i o, f ra
c u i a t i t o l o e s e m p l i f i c a t i v n o n e s a u s t i v o : o p e ra z i o n i d i
patrocinio, sponsorizzazioni, merchandising, senza
che alcuno degli Artisti possa avere nulla a
pretendere.
1 8 . I d i r i t t i d ’ a u t o r e d e i b ra n i p r e s e n t a t i r i m a n g o n o
d i t o t a l e p r o p r i e t à d i a u t o r i e c o m p o s i t o r i d e i b ra n i
stessi, così come i diritti di commercializzazione. Il
partecipante autorizza il Comitato Organizzatore alla
d i f f u s i o n e ra d i o t e l e v i s i va d e l b ra n o p r e s e n t a t o a l l a
k e r m e s s e c a n o ra , a l l ’ u t i l i z z o d e l n o m e d ’ a r t e , d e l l e
i n f o r m a z i o n i b i o g ra f i c h e i n v i a t e a l l ’ a t t o d e l l ’ i s c r i z i o n e
e delle immagini del partecipante, nell’interesse del
partecipante
stesso,
esclusivamente
per
fini
p r o m o z i o n a l i e d i c o m u n i c a z i o n e i n e r e n t i a l Fe s t i va l .

se necessario, eventuali modifiche al presente

The rules for participating in the song festival called
“Into the Music” are as follows:

1. The criteria and methods for selecting the Artists
shall be decided exclusively and categorically by an
Artistic Commission specifically set up for this purpose
by the Organising Committee.
7.C o n t e s t a n t s m u s t p r e s e n t t h e m s e l v e s o n t h e
day and at the time communicated to them by the
Organising Committee.
8.To participate in the selection of “Into the Music”
complete the application form and send or hand-deliver
it together with the requested attachments to:

Artists or vocal groups, presenting a cover in
international language of abstract messages that Expo
2015 wants to promote: meeting and dialogue between
different cultural and social identities in the world,
f a i t h , h u m a n i t y, b e l i e f, t ra d i t i o n s , t h e c o m m u n i t y,
social, universality, brotherhood, world, youth and
nature.. T h e p u r p o s e o f t h i s e v e n t i s t o d i s c o v e r
new talent.
3. Admission to the Festival is made b y t h e s i g n i n g
and sending of the application form reportedin
the next pages and shall be effective upon
p a y m e n t o f 5 0 ( F i f t y ) E u r o s . Payment can be made
to “Proloco Bergamo” with a bank trasfer,
description “Subscription Festival Into the
Music”.

4.The dates and times of the competition are as follows
-b y 2 8 t h F e b r u a r y 2 0 1 5 : final date for sending the
above mentioned materials and for taking part in the
selections (the postmark date shall be proof of
dispatch);
-b y 1 5 M a r c h 2 0 1 5 : everyone who sent the material
for
entering
into
the
selections
will
be
informed by letter whether or not he/she has been
admitted to the 1st May evening.
The
contestant,
who
will
be
received
the
communication of selection, must send b y 3 1 M a r c h
the
audio
track
on
CD
on
which
the
contestant will sing his song. This cd with the correct
shade is necessary to the band to prepare the
accompaniment.
The festival shall be structured as follows:
-F r i d a y 1 a n d S a t u r d a y 2 M a y 2 0 1 5 : ELIMINATIONS
- Exhibition of selected contestants who will each
perform a song.
-S u n d a y 3 M a y 2 0 1 5 : FINAL
Exhibition of the finalists who will each perform a song.
Awarding of the WINNER of the “Into the Music” and
eventual other prizes.
5.As part of their exhibition, each Artist s i n g a c o v e r
s o n g a c c o m p a n i e d b y a b a n d . It is allowed to
accompany with a musical instrument.

Participation in the Song Festival is valid only if
all the requested material is completed.
The Selection Commission will select the Artists to
participate in the competition from among those who
sent the following material:
-a cover song of popular music in a foreign
language with an audio track;
-short biography of the Artist;
-one colour photograph of the Artist;
-photocopy
of
the
Artist’s
identification
document, and in case of a minor, the parent or
legal guardian's identification document;
-receipt (or photocopy) of payment of 50,00
euro.
9. The Jury choose the best contestant who receive
the Into the Music prize. The audience can vote
and who receive more sms votes win the Audience
Aw a r d 2 0 1 2 . A d d i t i o n a l a w a r d s w i l l b e g i v e n a t t h e
discretion of the Organising Committee.
10. In case of suspension or early interruption of the
Fe s t i va l , e a c h p a r t i c i p a t i n g A r t i s t s h a l l h a v e t h e r i g h t
to recover the entry fee.
11.
All
the
Artists
are
required
a p p r o p r i a t e l y, p o s s i b l y e l e g a n t .

1 2 . Tra v e l a n d a c c o m m o d a t i o n e x p e n s e s a r e t o b e
paid by the Artists.
13. The Artists must always present themselves with
a va l i d i d e n t i f i c a t i o n d o c u m e n t a n d w i t h a l l t h e
material relating to their performance.
14. The Organising Committee shall comply with all
the provisions issued by the S.I.A.E. regarding
similar types of events.
15.
The
Organising
Committee
expressly
reserves the right, in case of non-observance of
the following rule, to exclude the defaulting
party or parties from the song festival, at any
time
and
without
compensation
or
reimbursement of any kind.
1 6 . B y e n t e r i n g t h e f e s t i va l , t h e A r t i s t e n s u r e s t h e
Organising Committee that his/her performance shall
not violate third-party rights and shall relieve this
l a t t e r o f a n y l i a b i l i t y.
17. The Organising Committee has the right to record
and/or film and/or have recorded and/or have filmed
and distributed to third parties, one or more phases
of
the
festival,
for
television,
audiovisual,
photographic
and
phonographic
purposes.
The
Organising Committee also has the right to link one
or more promotional/advertising initiatives to the
event
and/or
to
its
televised
and/or
radio
transmission
(i.e.
patronage
operations,
sponsorships, merchandising) without the Artist
h a v i n g a n y c l a i m w h a t s o e v e r.
1 8 . Ro ya l t i e s o f t h e s o n g s p r e s e n t e d s h a l l r e m a i n t h e
complete property of the authors and composers of
the songs themselves, as shall the marketing rights.
The participants authorise the Organising Committee
t o b r o a d c a s t t h e s o n g p r e s e n t e d a t t h e s o n g f e s t i va l ,
t o u s e t h e s t a g e n a m e , b i o g ra p h i c a l i n f o r m a t i o n s e n t
u p o n r e g i s t ra t i o n a n d p i c t u r e s o f t h e p a r t i c i p a n t , i n
the participant's interest, exclusively for promoting
a n d p u b l i c i s i n g t h e Fe s t i va l .
19. The Organising Committee
