Itinerary
The Massimo theatre, Capo market, Piazza della
Memoria near the Tribunal, Piazza Beati Paoli,
Cathedral, Municipio: every stop is a cause for
reflection, a chance to mull over the realities of the
Mafia and consider the civic movement against Mafioso
power.
You will meet shopkeepers who have said NO to the
pizzo, who follow the ethical consumer campaign
“Pago chi non paga” (I shop where they don’t pay
pizzo), a campaign promoted by Addiopizzo to support
those that rebel against the Mafia.
Participants will have the possibility to stop and visit
autonomously some of the main monuments such as
Cathedral, the Chiesa della Martonana, San Cataldo,
the Spasimo and the church of San Francesco.
The tour ends at Antica Focacceria San Francesco,
one of the oldest restaurants in Palermo, famous for
the charateristic Palermo’s street food. Its owners
have had the courage to denounce their extortionists.

Itinerary
The Manna is an ancient food, nowadays producted
in a few places all over the world. A few steps over
Cefalù, an agriturismo is also a farm in wich you will
discover the secret of the Manna production. And, of
course, to taste a very good tipical organic food.
In the afternoon, you will have some relaxina time in
Cefalù with the guide to Duomo and the meddle age
lavatory.
With the consciousness you are not financing the

The farm, joyning Addiopizzo list, also hosts some
beehives for honey production.

Saranno prenotate camere doppie (su richiesta supplemento singola).  Sarà offerto un servizio di pensione completa (bevande incluse) in hotel/ostello (salvo variazioni concordate) e presso strutture pizzo‐free insistenti nell’itinerario; in ogni caso sarà garantito il pasto vegetariano o per celiaci previa richiesta.  La società coop.
