Toute option n'ayant pas été confirmée dans un délai de 7 jours pourra être annulée. UN ACOMPTE DE 30% du prix du séjour, majoré des frais de dossier, doit être versé lors de la réservation. Les frais de dossier sont de 25 € (10 € pour un séjour de moins de 5 jours). LE SOLDE EST PAYABLE AU PLUS TARD 30 JOURS avant le début du séjour. Aucune réduction ou remboursement ne sera consentie en cas d’arrivée tardive ou de départ anticipé. Les prix incluent la taxe de séjour. Le locataire accepte l’unité locative ou l’emplacement en l’état. Il dégage la responsabilité du camping LOU BROUSTARICQ en cas de dégâts dus aux chutes de branches, d’intempéries, de catastrophes naturelles, en cas de vol par effraction, bris de glace... Les arrivées doivent se faire pendant les heures de permanence. En l’absence de message du locataire précisant qu’il a du différé la date de son arrivée, l’hébergement ou l’emplacement devient disponible 24 heures après la date d’arrivée prévue au contrat de location. LE PORT D’UN BRACELET PERMANENT EST OBLIGATOIRE ET ATTESTE BIEN DE VOTRE PASSAGE AU BUREAU D’ACCUEIL. Les cautions seront rendues après l'état des lieux de départ, sous réserve des détériorations, manquants, ou défaut de nettoyage constaté. Il est impératif de prendre rendez-vous pendant votre séjour pour l'état des lieux, en cas de manquement, le chèque de 50 € (frais de ménage) sera encaissé. EMPLACEMENTS : Le montant total du séjour est payable à l’arrivée. Les emplacements camping sont disponibles à partir de 14 heures le jour d'arrivée et doivent être libérés avant 12 heures le jour du départ, toute journée entamée est dûe et entraînera la redevance de la journée à venir. ANIMAUX : Les animaux ne sont admis ni sur le camping ni dans les locatifs. DROITS A L'IMAGE : Vous autorisez expressément et sans contrepartie le camping LOU BROUSTARICQ à utiliser sur tous supports les photos de vous et de vos enfants qui pourraient être prises pendant votre séjour pour les besoins publicitaires du camping (sauf mention contraire déposée par courrier à l’accueil du camping). REGLEMENT INTERIEUR : Les résidents s'engagent à respecter le personnel du camping, les autres résidents, le règlement intérieur disponible à l'accueil, les consignes de la Direction du camping LOU BROUSTARICQ. En cas de manquements répétés à ces règles de savoir vivre, la Direction se réserve le droit de mettre un terme prématuré à tout séjour, sans avertissement écrit préalable et sans indemnité d'aucune sorte. - Pour des raisons d’hygiène, le slip de bain est obligatoire, le port de short ou caleçon de bain est strictement interdit. - Les mineurs non accompagnés des parents ne sont pas acceptés et ne devront pas être laissés seuls sur le terrain. - Les feux et barbecues sont interdits. Des barbecues sont à votre disposition sur des aires aménagées à cet effet.
