Hoe bereikt u Amsterdam RAI?
Per trein
De RAI heeft een ‘eigen’ station, Amsterdam RAI. Het station ligt op 300 meter afstand van het RAIcomplex en is vanuit het hele land uitstekend bereikbaar per trein. Volg de borden Amsterdam RAI

Per tram, metro en bus
Tram 4 rijdt tussen de RAI (halte Europaplein), het centrum van Amsterdam en Amsterdam Centraal.
Vanaf station Amstel kunt u de RAI bereiken met metro 51 en bus 65. Metro 51 heeft tevens
verbinding met Amsterdam Centraal. Metro 50 onderhoudt een regelmatige dienst tussen
Amsterdam Sloterdijk en Gein en stopt bij station RAI.
Per Auto
Direct bij het naderen van Amsterdam via de autosnelweg A1 (Amersfoort/ Amsterdam), A2
(Utrecht/ Amsterdam) of A4 (Den Haag/ Amsterdam) is op de ringweg de RAI aangegeven op de
ANWB-borden. Amsterdam RAI ligt direct aan de ringweg (afslag 9). Vanaf de afslag is de route naar
de parkeergarages aangegeven.
How To Reach Amsterdam RAI?
By train
The Amsterdam RAI railway station is 300 meters from the RAI and has direct connection with
Duivendrecht, Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam Zuid and Schiphol railwaystations, which are linked to
the international InterCity network. Follow the signs Amsterdam RAI when you leave the station.
By tram, metro and bus
Tram route 4 between the centre of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Centraal and the RAI (stop at
Europaplein). From the Amstel railway station you can reach the RAI via metro 51 or bus route 65.
Metro 51 also runs to Amsterdam Central Station.
By car
Directly on approaching Amsterdam via the motorway A1, A2 or A4 and entering the ring road (A10),
the RAI is indicated on the signboards. Amsterdam RAI is located along-side the ring road (exit 9).
From the exit the route to the car parks is indicated.
Voorzieningen & Regels
Locatie
De tentamens zullen plaatsvinden in hal 8. Deze is onderverdeeld in 15 tentamenblokken met 100 zitplaatsen.
Kijk op je persoonlijk rooster in welk blok/welke blokken je tentamen plaatsvindt.
Parkeren:
Parkeren kan in de parkeergarage en kost € 15,50
Fietsenstalling:
Er zijn fietsenrekken aanwezig voor hal 8.
Wachtruimte:
De wachtruimte voor de tentamenkandidaten is in het gebouw van hal 8, ingang F
Entree:
De officiële ingang is ingang F van hal 8.
Garderobe:
In hal 8 zijn gratis garderoberekken aanwezig aan beide zijden van de ruimte . Er zullen dus geen wachttijden of
beperkte openingstijden zijn.
Let op: er is bij deze garderobe geen directe beveiliging dus neem geen waardevolle spullen mee.
Toiletten:
Toiletten zijn aanwezig zowel nabij de wachtruimte als hal 8 (tentamenhal)
Mindervaliden:
De entree van zowel de wachtruimte als hal 8 (tentamenhal) zijn goed toegankelijk voor mindervaliden. Zowel
in de wachtruimte als hal 8 (tentamenhal) zijn mindervaliden toiletten aanwezig.
Mocht u alleen met de auto de RAI kunnen bereiken dan kunt u een parkeerkaart aanvragen.
Tentamentijden:
De tentamens zullen plaatsvinden van maandag 20 oktober 2014 t/m vrijdag 24 oktober 2014 tijdens de
gebruikelijke tentamen bloktijden:
08.45-11.30 uur
12.00-14.45 uur
15.15-18.00 uur
18.30-21.15 uur
U dient de hal uiterlijk aan het einde van de bloktijd te verlaten.
Tijdens het tentamen:
Houdt u rekening met uw medestudenten. Op de borden kunt u zien waar u plaats dient te nemen. Tijdens het
tentamen is het niet toegestaan om eten bij u te hebben. Wel mag er gedronken worden maar het kan zijn dat
er controle op uitgevoerd wordt.
Na afloop van het tentamen:
Na afloop kunt u rustig de hal verlaten en terugkeren naar de wachtruimte of naar de fietsenstalling,
parkeerplek of station RAI.
Roken:
Roken is in het hele complex niet toegestaan.
Examination Room Facilities and Regulations
Location
The examinations will take place in hall 8. This hall is divided in 15 blocks of 100 persons. Check your individual
schedule to see in which block/blocks your exam will be held.
Parking:
There is paid parking in the parking of the RAI. A parking ticket costs €15.50.
Bicycle parking:
There are bicycle racks in front of Hall 8.
Waiting area:
The waiting hall for the candidates is in the building of hall 8 (see map of the RAI-complex)
Entrance:
The official entrance is entrance F of Hall 8.
Cloakroom:
There are free cloakrooms in Hall 8 on both sides of the room (coat hooks). This means you will not have to
worry about waiting times or restricted opening times.
Please remember that there is no dedicated security for these cloakrooms, so don’t take any valuable items
with you.
Toilets:
There are toilets both near the waiting area as in hall 8 (the examination hall)
Disabled facilities:
The entrances to both the Onyx Lounge (the waiting hall) as to hall 8 (the examination hall) are fully accessible
for disabled people. There are disabled toilet facilities in both the Onyx Lounge (the waiting hall) as in hall 8
(the examination hall).
If you are only able to come to the RAI by car, you can ask for a parking ticket.
Examination times:
The examinations will take place from Monday October 20 until Friday October 24 during the regular
examination timeslots:
08.45-11.30
12.00-14.45
15.15-18.00
18.30-21.15
You must have left the examination room by the end of the timeslot at the latest.
During the examination:
Please behave considerately towards your fellow students. The boards will tell you where you need to sit. You
may not bring food into the examination. Soft drinks are permitted, but it is possible that your bottles or cans
will be checked.
After the examination:
After the examination is over you can leave the room quietly and return to waiting area, or to the bicycle racks,
parking area or railway station.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the complex.
