In het kader van

Weinig thema’s hebben de afgelopen decennia
méér ter discussie gestaan dan de verhoudingen
tussen de geslachten. Deze expo is opgebouwd
rond drie invalshoeken en brengt de strijd om gelijke rechten voor vrouwen en mannen in beeld.

 vrouwenacties toont de belangrijkste betogingen van de
vrouwenbeweging. Van de eerste Belgische arbeidstersstaking
tot de wereldvrouwenmars, van de abortusstrijd tot politieke
vertegenwoordiging  voortrekkers focust op mensen die vanop de barricades deze strijd hebben gedragen  transrechten
laat zien dat ook vandaag elementaire rechten niet voor iedereen
vanzelfsprekend zijn

50 ans de lutte pour l’égalité
Au courant des dernières années, peu de sujets ont été
discutés autant que le rapport entre les sexes. L’exposition a été construite autour de trois angles représentant
la lutte pour les droits égaux entre femmes et hommes.

du mouvement des femmes. Dès la première grève belge des femmes ouvrières jusqu’à la marche mondiale des femmes, de la lutte pour le droit à
l’avortement, à la représentation politique  défenseuses présente des personnes actives dans cette lutte qui se sont battues pour leurs idées  droits
des personnes transgenre montre que, meme aujourd’hui, les droits fontamentaux ne sont toujours pas garantis pour chaque être humain

Few subjects have been discussed more these past decades than the relation between the sexes. This exhibition is constructed around three angles and illustrates
women’s struggle for equality.

women’s movement. From the first Belgian women workers’ strike to the
world march of women, from the abortion rights battle to political representation  advocates portraits women activists  transgender rights
illustrates that even today basic human rights are not yet guaranteed for
every human being
