Steward Redqueen is een adviesbureau dat zich erop richt de positieve impact van de
private sector op de maatschappij te vergroten. We zijn vertegenwoordigd in Amsterdam,
Barcelona en Princeton en voeren projecten uit over de hele wereld. Als specialisten sinds
2000, houden we ons bezig met het integreren van duurzaamheid, het kwantificeren van
impact en het faciliteren van verandering. Klanten waarderen onze ‘rigorous’ analyse, ons
vermogen om complexe problemen op te lossen en toekomstgericht denken.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste kandidaat die zich oriënteert op de arbeidsmarkt
en zich bevindt in de laatste fase van een economische of technische masteropleiding.
Tijdens de stage ondersteunt hij/zij ons team bij het uitvoeren van sociaal-economische
impact assessments (SEIAs) en ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management
projecten. Deze projecten voeren wij uit voor ’s werelds grootste multinationals en
financiële instellingen zoals Heineken, Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered en de InterAmerican Development Bank (IADB). Tijdens de projecten helpen wij klanten bij het
kiezen van de juiste metrics voor maatschappelijke impact meting, verzorgen van
trainingen, het opzetten van modellen voor het integreren van duurzaamheid in bedrijven
en strategisch advies. Hierbij focussen we zowel op de kansen en risico’s van onze
klanten. Waar mogelijk, zullen wij hem/haar ook betrekken in het klantcontact.
De succesvolle kandidaat is een analytisch persoon met goede (macro-) economische
vaardigheden en een goed gevoel voor kwantitatieve & kwalitatieve analyse, ervaring
met data-analyse in Excel, en goede mondelinge & schriftelijke vaardigheden. De
kandidaat moet goed kunnen werken in een team, maar zich ook comfortabel voelen met
zelfstandig werken.
De stagefunctie beslaat een periode van 4-6 maanden. De stagiair(e) zal opereren in een
dynamische omgeving waarin hij of zij de mogelijkheden krijgt zich zowel persoonlijk als
vakinhoudelijk te ontwikkelen. Tevens zal hij/zij het adviesvak van dichtbij meemaken.
Omdat we klanten hebben binnen en buiten Nederland, zoeken wij een kandidaat die
zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal beheerst. Wij zoeken iemand die op korte
termijn kan beginnen (i.e. augustus/september 2014).

Steward Redqueen is a strategy consultancy firm that aims to magnify the positive

Princeton and execute projects around the world. As specialists since 2000, Steward
Redqueen focuses on integrating sustainability, quantifying impact and facilitating

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is currently exploring his/her
employment career and in the final phase of a economic or technical Master program.
During the internship, the candidate will support the execution of Socio-Economic Impact
Assessments (SEIA) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management
projects. We execute these projects for the world’s leading multinationals and financial
institutions such as Heineken, Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered and the Inter-American
Development Bank (IADB). We support our clients in selecting the right metrics for
societal impact measurement, provide training, set-up models to integrate sustainability
in companies and strategic advice. These projects focus both on the opportunities and
risks of our clients. Where possible, we will engage the candidate in client interaction.
The successful candidate is an analytical person with proven (macro-)economic skills and
an excellent feeling for quantitative and qualitative analysis, experience with data
analysis in Excel and decent written and verbal communication skills. He or she should be
a team player but also be comfortable to work independently.
The internship is intended to last for a period of 4-6 months. The candidate will be part of
a dynamic environment in which he or she gets the opportunity to develop himself on
personal as well as content related skills. Furthermore, the intern will be introduced to
general consulting practices in a professional environment.
The English and Dutch language must be mastered well, because we serve clients within
and outside the Netherlands. The candidate could start in August or September 2014.
