Programmagids ITVLE 2014 24 mei 2014 op sportpark “De Fendert” te Fijnaart Programmagids ITVLE 2014 24 mei 2014 op sportpark “De Fendert” te Fijnaart Voorwoord Beste Sportvrienden, Het is mij een waar genoegen om het voorwoord te mogen schrijven voor het programmaboekje van het 9e internationale voetbaltoernooi voor lagere elftallen. Wat in 2006 begon als een toernooitje is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een prachtig evenement. Wij zijn bijzonder vereerd om ITVLE "in huis te hebben". Naast het sportieve plezier voor de spelers en de toeschouwers, zorgen de nodige nevenactiviteiten ervoor dat ook mensen die zelf minder of niet in de gelegenheid zijn om te sporten, niet worden vergeten. ITVLE steunde en steunt immers de nodige goede doelen. Dit jaar mogen het CCU fonds en Voedselbank Moerdijk wederom rekenen op de steun van ITVLE. Om de 'nodige centjes' (voor enerzijds de organisatie en anderzijds de goede doelen) binnen te halen, zullen er rondom ITVLE de nodige extra activiteiten worden georganiseerd. Zo vindt de "Soccer Cannonball Contest" plaats. Dit is een wedstrijd waarin wordt gemeten wie het hardst tegen een (voet)bal kan schoppen. De winnaar van deze wedstrijd is sowieso verzekerd van "eeuwige roem". Ook is er een loterij, met tal van bijzondere prijzen, waaronder door PSV en FC Twente gesigneerde attributen. Tenslotte kunt u een gokje wagen in "The Champions League Toto". Helaas is het aantal internationale teams dit jaar beperkt. Het is voor veel teams toch een heel kostenplaatje om met veel mensen een verre reis te ondernemen. De crisis laat zich blijkbaar in heel Europa voelen. De organisatie is echter vastbesloten om volgend jaar, wanneer ITVLE zijn 10-jarige bestaan viert, groots uit te pakken. De nodige info zal te zijner tijd volgen. Onze sponsoren zijn we zeer erkentelijk voor hun gulle bijdrage. Sponsoren maken het mede mogelijk dat talloze mensen een mooie dag tegemoet kunnen zien op 24 mei. What started in 2006 as a tiny tournament has grown into a wonderful event. We are very honored to be the "home of ITVLE". In addition to the sporty fun for the players and spectators, ITVLE provides secondary activities that secure that people who, for whatever reason, have lack of opportunities to play sports will not be forgotten. After all ITVLE supported and supports charity causes. This year again the CCU Fund and Food Bank Moerdijk can count on of ITVLE's support. For the organization as well as the charities additional activities will be organized. The "Soccer Cannonball Contest" is a game in which the most powerful and speedy football kick is measured. The winner of this contest is assured of "eternal glory". There also will be a lottery, with many special awards, including by former Dutch champions PSV and FC Twente signed attributes. Finally, you can place your bet concerning the result of the final in "The Champions League Toto". Unfortunately, the number of international teams this year limited. For a lot of teams turned out to be too expensive to take the journey every year. The 'crisis' apparently is felt throughout all of Europe. The organization however decided to extract a very special line up next year when ITVLE is going to be 10 years old. The necessary info will follow. Zolang de medische wereld naar de oorzaak zoekt, kiest het CCU Fonds voor een maatschappelijk offensief. Door onderzoek wil het CCU Fonds de complicaties rond deze aandoeningen inzichtelijk maken, met als doel maatschappelijke acceptatie af te dwingen, de beschikbaarheid van gericht werkende medicamenten voor betrokkenen te waarborgen en klachtgerichte medische begeleiding te versterken. Voedselbank Moerdijk verstrekt momenteel wekelijks meer dan 100 voedselpakketten in Fijnaart, Klundert, Langeweg, Moerdijk en Zevenbergen. Het thema van een debat in het kader van het 10-jarig bestaan van Voedselbanken Nederland was: “Hoe krijgen we meer voedsel beschikbaar voor de Voedselbanken om ook de komende jaren aan de voedselvraag te kunnen voldoen?” Wij hopen aan de beantwoording van dit vraagstuk ons steentje te kunnen bijdragen. The theme of a debate in the framework of the 10th anniversary of Dutch Food Banks was: "How do we get more food available in the near future to ‘meet the needs’?" ITVLE 2006 werd gewonnen door Silkeborg IF. Ook in 2007 was Silkeborg IF winnaar van ITVLE. In 2006 and 2007 the cup went to Denmark. ITVLE 2006 was won by Silkeborg IF. Also in 2007 Silkeborg IF were the ITVLE winners. In 2008 bleef de wisselbeker in de buurt. RBC Roosendaal won ITVLE 2008. In 2008 the cup remained in our district. RBC Roosendaal won ITVLE 2008. Het toenmalige 3e elftal van (destijds) thuisvereniging v.v. FSV won ITVLE 2009. The 3rd team (at the time) of formerly home team v.v. FSV won ITVLE 2009. rksv Sarto uit Tilburg bleek het sterkste team van ITVLE 2010. rksv Sarto from Tilburg turned out to be the strongest team at ITVLE 2010. Het lukte Feyenoord uit Rotterdam om de beker in 2011 (in het uit-tenue) te winnen. Feyenoord Rotterdam succeeded in winning the cup in 2011 playing in their ‘away-outfits’. Surifriends was er dikwijls dichtbij, maar mocht in 2012 uiteindelijk de cup hijsen. Surifriends was close to winning many times, but in the end they held up the 2012 ITVLE-cup. RBC uit Roosendaal stond alweer vier jaar ‘droog’, maar mocht ‘het zoet der overwinning’dit jaar weer proeven. In de finale versloeg RBC De Fendert 4 met 1 – 4. Reviewing ITVLE 2013 2013 brought an old winner. RBC from Roosendaal didn’t win for four years in a row, but at last they to ‘excavated’ the cup once again. RBC beat De Fendert 4 in the final 1 –4. De Fendert, zij zijn de gehele dag aanwezig, waarbij er altijd iemand in de bestuurskamer aanwezig is. Voor medische spoedgevallen zijn de gehele dag geschoolde EHBO-medewerkers present. De wedstrijden voor herenteams vinden plaats over het gehele veld met 11 tegen 11 spelers. De wedstrijden voor damesteams vinden plaats op een half veld met 7 tegen 7 speelsters. De officiële FIFA regels zullen worden gehanteerd, uitgezonderd afwijkingen zoals hierna benoemd. Er mag doorlopend gewisseld worden; tijdens spelhervattingen, na goedkeuring van de scheidsrechter. Protesten tegen de scheidsrechter zijn niet mogelijk, in alle gevallen waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de toernooicommissie. Een speler/speelster kan door de scheidsrechter voor 2 minuten van het veld gestuurd worden. Een speler/speelster die in de wedstrijd direct uit het veld wordt gestuurd, zal naar de aard van de overtreding in overleg tussen de scheidsrechter en de toernooicommissie voor één of meerdere wedstrijden worden uitgesloten. De wedstrijden duren 20 minuten. Er wordt niet van speelhelft gewisseld. Er is een vaste begin- en eindtijd, deze wordt omgeroepen. Indien een team bij de officiële aanvang van een wedstrijd niet staat opgesteld, begint dit team de wedstrijd met een achterstand van 1-0. Indien een team na drie minuten nog niet is gearriveerd (‘no show’), wordt deze wedstrijd door dat team reglementair met 3-0 verloren beschouwd. Bij gelijk eindigen in de poule zal dit team, ongeacht de resultaten, op de lagere positie eindigen. Wij doen aan ieder team een beroep om te letten op sportiviteit. Laat onbezonnen acties a.u.b. achterwege en laat het voetbaltoernooi een feest blijven. Het dragen van scheenbeschermers is verplicht. De scheidsrechters geven na de wedstrijden punten voor de sportiviteit van de teams. Zowel het sportiefste herenteam als damesteam wordt beloond met een mooie prijs. Vernielingen of beschadigingen aan materialen van v.v. De Fendert worden op de dader(s) verhaald. Wij verzoeken u om de kleedkamers en douches met zorg te gebruiken. Bij verlies, diefstal of beschadigingen van privé-eigendommen kan v.v. De Fendert niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Afval, papier e.d. graag in de afvalbakken gooien. Aandachtspunten voor het bepalen van standen / poule indelingen van het herentoernooi (1-7) en de Ladies Cup (1-3): 1. Het aantal punten in de poule is doorslaggevend. Indien dit gelijk is beslist (onder verwijzing naar de ‘no show’-regel) het onderlinge resultaat. 2. Indien ook dit gelijk is het aantal gemaakte doelpunten beslissend en anders het doelsaldo. Indien ook dit gelijk is worden er om en om 5 strafschoppen genomen, is er nog geen beslissing, dan worden er om en om strafschoppen genomen totdat er een beslissing is gevallen. 3. Na de eerste 3 poulewedstrijden volgt er een pauze en worden de finale poules ingedeeld. De rangen 1 en 2 worden verdeeld over de finale poule(s) respectievelijk C (Ladies Cup) en J+K, alle (beide) rangen 3 worden bij elkaar in poule D (Ladies Cup) en L geplaatst en alle (beide) rangen 4 worden bij elkaar in poule in poule D (Ladies Cup) en M geplaatst. 4. De winnaar van het toernooi wordt bepaald door de finale die gespeeld wordt tussen de winnaars van de poules J en K. Indien er na 20 minuten een gelijke stand is wordt de wedstrijd beslist met het nemen van penalty’s. Door ieder team worden er om en om minimaal 5 strafschoppen genomen degene die de meeste scoort wint het toernooi, is er nog geen beslissing, dan wordt er om en om strafschoppen genomen totdat er een beslissing is gevallen. 5. Het bepalen van de plaatsen 3 t/m 8 wordt gedaan aan de hand van de rangen in de finale poules E en F, hierna wordt gekeken naar het aantal gemaakte doelpunten van het team. (bijvoorbeeld we heeft de nummer 2 van poule J met een aantal doelpunten van 7 en de nummer 2 van poule K met een aantal doelpunten van 5 dan is de nummer 2 van poule J e e 3 geworden en de nummer 2 van poule K 4 ). Bij een gelijk aantal gemaakte doelpunten wordt gekeken naar het doelsaldo en is dit gelijk eindigen de teams gelijk in de stand. 6. Het bepalen van de plaatsen 9 t/m 12 is aan de hand van de eindstand in de finale poule L. 7. Het bepalen van de plaatsen 13 t/m 16 is aan de hand van de eindstand in de finale poule M. Deze aandachtspunten kunnen afwijken van de regels genoemd in het FIFA reglement. Wij doen bij dezen een beroep op de teamcaptains en/of teamleiders om een ieder die zich niet aan het zojuist beschrevene wenst te behouden, uit te sluiten voor het restant van het toernooi. We hopen er samen met u een schitterend sportieve dag van te maken. De Fendert, they are present throughout the day. There is always a tournament direction member present in the boardroom. For medical urgencies First Aid Workers are present all day. Matches of the mans tournament take place over the entire field between teams consisting of 11 against 11. Matches of the ladies cup take place over half a field between teams consisting of 7 against 7. The official FIFA rules will be applied, except for derogations as shown below. Teams may continuously be exchanged during game resume, after the approval of the referee. Protests against the referee are not possible, in cases this regulation does not provide, the decision will be forced by the tournament direction. A player can be sent off by the referee for 2 minutes. A player who is sent off directly from the field (red card) will, after a consult between the referee and tournament direction, be excluded for one or more matches. Matches last for 20 minutes. There is not an exchange of pitch side at half time. There is a fixed start and end time, that is announced. When a team is not lined up at the official start sign, this team will start the game with a 1-0 disadvantage. In case of a ‘no show’ (a team does not arrive within 3 minutes after the official start sign), this match will be considered as lost 3-0. If result pool positions are equal this team will, in spite of the results, end at the lower position. We ask every team to watch sportsmanship. Brash actions should be banned. Let the soccer tournament remain a party. Wearing shin guard is mandatory. The referees award points after the games for the sportsmanship of teams. The winners of both the mans tournament as well as the Ladies Cup will be rewarded with a nice price. Destruction or damage of v.v. De Fendert’s properties will be recovered on the offender(s). We ask you to use the dressing rooms and showers with care. v.v. De Fendert shall not be liable in the case of loss, theft or damage of private property. Waste, paper, etc. should be thrown in the waste bins. Considerations for determining pool classifications of the mans tournament (1-7) and the Ladies Cup (1-3): 1. The number of points in the pool is decisive. If this equal, the mutual result (recalling the 'no show'-principle) is decisive. 2. If the mutual result was a draw, the number of goals before the goal difference is decisive. If both these are equal as well 5 penalty kicks will be taken. If there still is no decision, then penalties will be taken until a decision has been dropped. 3. After the first 3 pool matches a break follows and the final pools will be classified. The ranks 1 and 2 are distributed over the final pools C (Ladies Cup) and J+K, all (both) ranks 3 are placed in pool D (Ladies Cup) and L and all (both) ranks 4 are placed in pool D (Ladies Cup) and M. 4. The winner of the tournament is determined by the final, which is played between the winners of the pools J and K. If there is a tie after 20 minutes, the contest is decided by taking penalty kicks. By every team a minimum of 5 penalty kicks will be taken. The team that scores the most wins the tournament. If there still is no decision, then penalties will be taken until a decision has been dropped. 5. Determining the places 3 up to 8 is made by means of the standings in the final pools E and F, after that the number of goals made is decisive. (for example, the number 2 of pool E with scored 7 goals and the number 2 of pool F scored 5 rd th goals, means the number 2 of pool E finishes 3 and the number 2 of pool finishes 4 ). If the number of made goals is equal, the goal difference is decisive. If this is tie as well the teams are equal in the final ranking. 6. Determining the places 9 up to 12 is made on the final standings in the final pool G. 7. Determining the places 13 up to 16 is made on the final standings in the final pool H. These considerations may differ from the regulations as mentioned in the FIFA rules. We hereby appeal to the team captains and/or team managers to exclude anyone who not wishes to follow mentioned rules.
