INFORMATION
On Saturday the 2nd of August, Sky City presents a

festival
brand new festival, located at the very epicentre of
dance: Amsterdam! A massive line-up takes centre
stage at the ArenaPark and Heineken Music Hall,
with some of the world’s best electronic/pop-acts
and heavyweight DJs. And for a change we give
them the opportunity to decide on the look, feel and
vibe of their own show. Combining a unique in- and
outdoor set-up, cutting-edge stage production with
over 500m2 of LED and a well-balanced selection of
(inter)national artists, Sky City Festival is set to be an
experience like no other.

The party goes on at Sky City by Night in Heineken
Music Hall. Sky City by Night tickets can be bought
in combination with a Sky City Festival ticket. You
can select them as an upgrade via Ticketmaster after
selecting Sky City Festival tickets or click here to order
in a separate transaction. Tickets will also be available
at the festival entrance and near the token machines.

location
The ArenaPark is Amsterdam’s newest festival
hotspot. Situated next to the Heineken Music Hall and
near the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena Station, this green
location is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Address: ArenA Boulevard, Amsterdam Zuidoost, The
Netherlands.
stage
Sky City Main is a huge mainstage with over 500m2
of LED, situated outdoor in the ArenaPark. You will
find the Sky City Indoor stage situated right next to it,
in the Heineken Music Hall. The best of both worlds!

Parking facilities in the vicinity of the ArenaPark
are good . P6 is situated directly underneath the
Heineken Music Hall/ArenaPark and Transferium / P1
parking
is situated directly opposite. However, we recommend
our visitors, if possible, to travel by Public Transport
(station ‘Bijlmer ArenA’ is a 2 minute walk).
To avoid queues in the parking garages after an
event, the Heineken Music Hall also sells parking
cards at € 12,- each, for P1 / P2 / P3 / P4 / P5 / P6
/ P10 and P19. The cards can be purchased from
the box office and point of sale in the Foyer. It is
important that you give prior notice to the cashier
about where your car is parked.
Sky City Festival Tickets are available via www.
skycityfestival.com and will also be sold at the door
from 12:00 to 23:00 (if still available). Sky City

wristbands
by Night tickets are also available at the festival
entrance, near the token machines in Arenapark or at
the Heineken Music Hall after 23:00. Limited capacity,
don’t miss out !
Your Sky City Festival ticket will be scanned at the
entrance and is valid for the area ArenaPark and
Heineken Music Hall until 23:00. There is no re-entry
once you have left the festival site.
If you have a Sky City by Night ticket this will be
exchanged for a wristband, valid for the Night in the
Heineken Music Hall from 23:00 onwards. Once you
have left the festival site you may only re-enter from
11 pm onwards at Sky City by Night.

There is a lot of good and loud music at Sky City, to
protect your ears we have ear protection available on
site.
age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to visit Sky City Festival
& Sky City by Night. No exceptions can be made! ID’s
will be checked so please don’t forget to bring a valid
ID.
lost & found
If you lose something valuable at Sky City please
contact the Heineken Music Hall reception (0900-687

food & drinks
Food and drinks are available at the various food
stands. To pay for food and drinks you will need
special tokens, which can be purchased at token
machines (payable by debit card). At the end of the
festival, you can return unused tokens at least a half
hour after the show ends at the token desk near the
exit. It is not possible to bring your own food and/or
drinks to the festival.
wheelchair access
Sky City is a festival for everyone. So, we have special
tickets and facilities for wheelchairs. Disabled visitors
in a wheelchair are required to purchase a so called
‘wheelchair ticket’ online or via Ticketmaster in order
to make use of the disabled platform. They can then
be accompanied by one escort. Do you need special

zero tolerance
Sky City has a zero tolerance policy, which means that
neither hard drugs nor soft drugs are allowed at the
festival.
