Conditions of contest:
The competition will be organized in accordance with the 2014 Regulations of the
International Skating Union and the conditions included in this Announcement. The
qualifying schedule is based on the “All Final System”. The organizers reserve the right to
change the program due to any unforeseen circumstances.

6 points scorers and ties on the 6th position, on the basis of Final Points after
Finals, are eligible to compete in the 500, 777, 1000 and 1500 meters Super8 points scorers and ties on the 8th position, on the basis of Final Points after
Finals, are eligible to compete in the 3000 meters Super-Final.
Depending on the entries categories may be mixed. The Super-Finals will be skated in the
same mixed categories.
Relays:
If permitted by the time schedule, relays will be organised by the organisation in a way to
allow all skaters to participate.

Penalties:
Due to the All Final Systems sanctions are implemented differently. A skater having a
penalty in a qualifying round will be allowed to skate in the next round, but on a level one
stage lower than if she/he would have finished last in her/his race.
At the same moment, the best skater from that lower level (i.e. the heat-winner with the
best time) is promoted to the higher level replacing the skater who received the penalty.
If two or more skaters get a penalty in the same group they will be replaced by the heatwinners in the order of the times skated. After all heat-winners are promoted to the higher
level the skater who finished as second with the fastest time will promote etc.
Skaters who have received a penalty on the same distance during a preceding qualifying
round cannot be promoted.
If a skater gets a second penalty on the same distance he/she will be disqualified, i.e. be
shown a yellow card. The skater will not be allowed to proceed in the All Final System for
that distance.
In the case of two yellow cards in the same competition the skater will be shown a red card
which means exclusion from the Competition. For red cards see the ISU Regulations.
Award of prizes:
Although categories may be mixed, awards will be given to the first three skaters per age
category (male and female).
During the award ceremonies, which will be on ice, the skaters should be present in club or
National suits.
All skaters will get a souvenir.
Entries:

Final entries must be made at the latest on Sunday, February 1, 2015.
A maximum of 160 skaters will be allowed to take part in the competition.
ALL TEAMLEADERS are very urgently requested to inform the Organizers of any
changes upon departure from their home-town, at the very latest.
Entrance fee:
An entrance fee of € 10,00 must be paid to the Organizers per skater.
The warrant for the helmet covers is € 10,00 per club.
Track:
The competition will be held on a 60m x 30m artificial indoor ice surface with a 111.12 m
oval track. Four other tracks will be laid out which are moved 1m from the standard track.
For all tracks one finish line will be used. Protective padding will cover the board.

Liability:
All participants have to take care of their own safety in accordance with Rule 295.
At the same time participants should be covered by their own national insurance. The
organizers can not be held responsible for any kind of injury or property loss during the
competition.
Medical facilities:
In accordance with the ISU Regulations.
NOTICE : Anti Doping Regulations
Due to Belgian Anti Doping Regulations we are obliged to present the Anti Doping Agency a
list of all the adult skaters, their identity and contact information (Name, cell phone
number, ID number). We therefore like to ask that every club collects this information and
hands it over to the O.C. at the check-in and registration. This information will only be used
by us if asked for by the Anti Doping Agency. After the competition this information will
either be returned to the clubs or destroyed. We would also like to ask you to inform your
skaters that if they are asked for, they have to present proper ID to the Anti Doping
Agency.

CAFETERIA AT THE ICE RINK
We have arranged a special offer with the cafeteria.
Normally if you buy a pasta (spaghetti bolognaise) and a drink (soda/water/tea/coffee) in the
cafeteria, you will pay € 10,00.
But if you buy a ticket with us, you will only pay € 9,00.
Tickets will be available at the registration and during the competition.
The cafeteria will be open during the following hours:
- on Saturday from 8.00 untill the end of competition
- on Sunday from 7.30 untill the end of competition
After the competition the cafeteria will stay open maximum for another hour and only if they have
been informed (the latest 1 hour before the end of the competition) that people will come for
something to eat or drink.
DINNER OFFER SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2015
The organisation has reached an agreement for a special dinner offer in restaurant PastabarCremerie Sainte Marie in Hasselt, about 5 minutes from the icerink.
Only € 13,00 per person for:
1 pasta: lasagna, tagliatelli carbonara, spaghetti bolognaise or rollade aubergines
(vegetarian)
1 softdrink
1 ice cream or coffee/tea
Dinner is at 20.30u. Max capacity: 40 persons. If you want to have dinner earlier, please let us
know upfront.
If you’re interested, send us an email the latest on Monday, February 2, 2015 with the number of
persons and, if possible, your choices of pasta.
