Baryon and meson are composed
of quarks.
Quark interacts with strong force.
Gluon is exchanged between
quarks.

Color of quarks and gluons
In QCD, quarks have
color degree of freedom.
There are three kinds of
colors.

Gluons

… and so on.
Gluon has a color and an
anti-color.
There are eight kinds of
gluons.

Baryon has red, blue
and green quarks.
Meson has quark and
anti-quark. They have
color and anti-color.
Hadrons are always colorless.
Single quark cannot be
extracted from hadron.
It is called ‘confinement
of quarks’

In the poster session, I will show details of
colors of quarks and gluons, and
confinement of quarks.
