Dear Sir or Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that the European Center for Peace and Development (ECPD)
University for Peace established by the United Nations, an international educational and
research institution with its Headquarters in Belgrade is organizing, in cooperation with the
International Center for Local and Regional Development (ICLRD), Danubian Center for
Cross-Border Cooperation (DCCB) and VAMK University, Finland, the Third ECPD Youth
Forum to be held in Belgrade on October 24-25, 2015. The main topic of this year’s Forum
will be “CULTURE OF PEACE: YOUTH AS PEACEBUILDERS”, with the following
themes for discussions:



Building a Culture of Peace for Conflict Prevention;
Peacebuilding Knowledge, Attitudes and Skills;
Youth – Actors of Today, Peace Leaders of Tomorrow;
We would like to invite you to attend this very important international event and with your
active participation contribute to its successful work.
